I had three teeth extracted and was honestly very nervous going in, but the doctor was amazing. The extractions were done so quickly and smoothly that I could hardly believe it was over. I felt little to no pain during the procedure, and the entire team made me feel calm and comfortable the whole time. The doctor was efficient, gentle, and clearly very experienced. I highly recommend them if you’re anxious about dental work — they made it a much better experience than I expected.
You're warmly greeted as you enter what I think is the perfect waiting room: big enough to be comfortable yet cozy enough to know that you aren’t going to be sitting around for a long time absorbing and emitting anxious energy in a big room full of anxious people. My wait times each visit were 10 minutes, tops. The nursing and support staff were wonderful. I saw genuine teamwork and cooperation between them — no egos, no pettiness— just calm, professional collaboration. They were patient, kind, and took time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Nice teamwork, ladies! I had to get a severely infected wisdom tooth removed which I had honestly waited too long to take care of----I brought Dr. Jimenez a REAL problem. And Dr. Jimenez brings the warmth, confidence and professionalism. He does indeed look like a live-action Disney prince, but he absolutely knows his stuff and is highly competent. I had many nervous questions about everything about my procedure, and he and his staff were kind enough to thoroughly answer all of them to put me at ease. Every measure is taken for your comfort: music, stress factors, clear communication signals- there’s even very clearly communicated ETAs of the entire procedure and of the short bits in between. This level of transparency really helped me to relax. My particular extraction was uncomfortable, but at no time was it painful and Dr. Jimenez was the first doctor in all of my years on this earth to explain to me how it actually should NOT be painful. I waited until I was fully healed to give my review here because I also wanted to review any follow-up care. I wasn’t scheduled for a follow-up appointment, but made one after an unexpected illness that caused me to vomit quite a bit shortly after my extraction. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and was given the same exquisite service as before. Overall, the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental/surgical office, as someone who really really really REALLY HATES these types of procedures. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience all wrapped up in great service at a good price AND with financing options available. With weekend appointments available, very convenient office hours! Tallahassee is very lucky to have such a competent and caring surgeon in our city as the quality of service he’s offering usually costs far more, or is only found in bigger cities. Was looking for an oral surgeon in Tallahassee on short notice and found Dr. Jimenez. They were super accommodating, affordable, and being open on Saturdays made scheduling easy. I was put to sleep for my wisdom teeth and don’t remember any part of it. Overall, amazing experience!
This place is INCREDIBLE! THEY GOT MY HUSBAND IN ON A SATURDAY. He was in pain with a broken tooth and infection and needed it out immediately and they got him in within the hour. They're so amazing and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Was super scared at first, they made me feel super comfortable talked me through the process had just local anesthesia and got my wisdom tooth and 2 othe teeth with no problem and no pain! 10/10 would definitely recommend 👌
