Dr. Ross and his superb staff have taken care of all my dental needs for several years now. They go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and relaxed for every procedure, especially taking into account my major back problems and chronic pain. My exceptional hygienist, Michelle , is always a pleasure to see every six months. Care, expertise and a beautiful setting make Applewood Dental my top rated recommended dental office!
Everyone is so friendly, and knows what they are doing. They create a friendly setting that relaxes you. From start to finish they are very professional but yet make sure you are comfortable. Dental issues are stressful and they do their best to remove the stress from every visit. If you need something done they are worth putting your dental issues in their very capable hands.
Been going to Applewood Dental for several years, and am more than satisfied with the practice. Friendly, professional and clean, modern office. Cleanings and dental procedures have all gone extremely well. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and his staff.
Calling for evaluation.. After seeing that his Dad was Dr Ross in Rumford my children & myself both were seen by his Dad approximately 35 years ago... he was amazing.. as a child I was traumatized by a local dentist... Dr Ross was so patient & kind... my children have (to this day) never had a cavity... and when I had work done he was nothing but patient stopping every few minutes to ask if I was doing Ok... I hope that his son is like his Dad
A wonderful surprise! Being new to the area ( from CA) and suddenly experiencing terrible tooth pain, I was in a slight panic. I read positive reviews on line and made an appointment. The great news was they were taking new patients. The news stayed positive as I arrived at my appointment. A wonderful staff. Friendly. Calming and knowledgeable! I need work- me being me I am terrified and actually dreading this. However, tooth pain and infection is pain you can not live with. Dr. Ross was so kind and soothing. Explained my options. Which I appreciate so much. It’s not going to be fun but I will do my best as I know they will do their best!!!
