I had an appointment to get a root canal and as I sat in the chair everything was very rushed the nurse wanted me to sign things as she was putting numbing gel in my mouth also the doctor had zero patience with taking their time at all with the needle. I do not recommend this place to anyone they are very unprofessional unless you do everything they want and stay very quiet. I give them a -1
I'm a complex patient with (among other things) pain syndromes & allergies. I'm an old RN, so I have a little social credit with some Dr's. It doesn't always help! I came here after having 3 consecutive appointments cancelled on me at my prior oral surgeon's -- once as I was leaving the house to go. No. Just... no. I called Arch instead. They got me in fast. They discussed the possibility of needing a medical clearance -- which the other place never considered. I found that very reassuring, though I was in a lot of pain and really wanted no further delay. Dr Huang, the oral surgeon, listened to my history. He asked the right questions. He gave proper credit to my answers. He thought over my meds and how to manage pain, asked more of the right questions, and gave the correct suggestions. *This never happens to me!!!* I usually have to educate *them* and tell *them* what to expect & how to deal with it! Dr Huang was *all over* it. He actually got me as close to completely numb as I've ever been in my life. (I've had 8 fillings in my life, without effective pain control, because my body burns it right off.) It was my backmost bottom molar, right near the trigeminal nerve, the one that carries pain for that whole side of your face. Numb. It was incredible. (Kinda wanted that for my whole body, tbh.) I felt a push, push, smaller push, extra push. Then bump. Bump. Bump. Smaller bump. Then it was out. I think I saw a cape floating from his shoulders as he left the room. I'm not sure, but...? Whimsicality aside - I was floored by how professional, considerate, and kind the *whole crew* was. Everyone looked after me. My care was first-rate. They're expanding staffing, and I liked the way they spoke to those who were in training. Kind, diligent, professional. I've got 50 years of mental scars from prior dentistry. This was phenomenal. I can't say enough about it. These people have earned me as a permanent patient. I'm one of those who've avoided dentists for all I'm worth for years. Poor things 🤣 They're stuck with me now!
The technician was highly skilled and very patient, while the front desk staff also kindly explained the medical insurance details with great care. It was such a pleasant experience. I'll definitely be coming back here from now on!
Horrible dental assistance. You have to beg the doctor to look at your teeth. And if you need a filling they will schedule you over a month out, and if they have to cancel on you, they will reschedule you over another month out so your condition can get worse. They also have 0 empathy or understanding.
Thanks for your prompt service. Also thank you for the text message it works perfect for me as I don’t look at my emails as much as I do text. Text reminders are excellent. Staff is always friendly. I also want to appreciate prompt service I came in with a broken partial and was fixed special because I have to be in front of customers and I was able to get my partial tooth fixed immediately the next day so I could head to work that was excellent thank you so much and I would suggest anyone have a need for their teeth to get with Arch Dental and they will care for you with hospitality and promptness. Thank you for your great work and for prompt service. The Doctor and his staff are very caring, hospitable,friendly and attentive in all areas with my mouth and teeth. If you are looking for good dental service choosing Arch dental will be your best choice and you surly will NOT be disappointed.😄😄😄👍👍
