This was a revelation. I went into Cascades One with a cracked molar, and the kind staff put me at ease right away. Far from bad dental experiences from my childhood. There was no pain, no fear. It was one doctor, one visit, and one amazingly beautiful result. I ended up getting a root canal and a cap, but because Dr Ruperalia was such a gentle, kind thorough professional, it was almost like a spa day! I couldn’t believe how relaxed and worry free it was. If you need dental work, but have always harbored a fear of going to the dentist, Cascades One and Doctor Ruperalia are absolute MUSTS. No judgement, just kind, pain free care. With the emphasis on CARE.
We were referred to CascadesONE Dental after a botched full arch implant experience with a well-known “specialist” in Owings Mills. At CascadesONE we were met with professionalism, friendliness, expertise, and compassion for our miserable previous experience. Everyone has been above & beyond! The facility is modern, comfortable and elegant. Yes - it’s the most beautiful dental facility I’ve ever seen!! The Drs and staff are sensational. My husband’s new implants are fabulous. I highly recommend CascadesONE Dental; they’re the absolute BEST. ❤️
Dr R and his entire team are amazing! I had full mouth implant a year and half ago. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica and Chrissy and both are wonderful. They always take great care of me when I come in for checkups or adjustments. They are always friendly and extremely helpful and caring. I have a brand new smile and I'm happy! Being a dental technician, I'm not the easiest client to deal with, but Dr Ruparellia was very patient and listen all my concerns. Christie and Jenny are so friendly, and caring, they became very dear to my heart. Everyone in this office makes you feel welcomed and cared for. If you are afraid of dentist, this is the place for you.
I visited a few surgeons and dental institutions for consultations on dental implants and dentures. Every place just seemed so generic, but Dr. Ruparelia discussed the process and what needed to be done on the very first visit. I could tell his level of experience and passion as he walked me through the procedure. The equipment and technology was also unreal! Way beyond the other labs that I visited. The staff is exceptional! Always happy, Always with a smile. My case was more difficult than others, but Chrissy and Jessica always made sure that I was happy and confident in that new look! Going above and beyond, even checking in on me over the weekend of my surgery! The anesthesiologist even checked in before and after the surgery. Dr. R really went to work on my implants, so I could truly feel confident in my smile again. I Really appreciate and am so thankful for Dr. R. and the staff for their hard work, experience and state of the art technology. Really taking the time to match Dental Hospitality and Professionalism.
