If having a tooth pulled could ever be fun, it would be at this place! From my nurse Kelly (who was spot on with my IV… which never happens) who assisted Dr. Hinkl, to the front desk staff and even the financial team! Everyone was amazing. I’m home now and 4 days out from having a wisdom tooth pulled, and I’m doing great so far! I’m so glad they were recommended to me by my dentist in Rolla. If I ever need to see an oral surgeon again, this will definitely be the place I go. Thank you, Archway Oral Surgery, for making this visit the best it could be! You all are great!
I had a great experience with Dr. Hinkl and the entire team. The procedure was quick and smooth, and I was in and out before I knew it. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They explained everything clearly and took great care of me throughout the visit. I highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.
My Mom’s experience was actually a 4.5. We recommend getting a pre authorization from your insurance before a big procedure. It saved us hundreds of dollars over what Archway said the out of pocket would be at check-in. The staff was professional and SO kind to Mom. She loved them! The surgeon was skilled and efficient, but definitely on a schedule that didn’t allow for much conversation with patients after the procedure.
I had 5 teeth removed at Archway. Dr. Hinckley did an amazing job. I was so worried about the healing process and boy have I been so surprised at how easy it has been. I have a very bad gag reflux problem, which, hehehe, he confirmed, but it makes dental visits horrible. For that reason I had them put me under and my nurse was so wonderful and put me at ease immediately. I knew the exact cost before I went in and that is important for those of us counting our dollars! If u need extractions, this is the place!!!!! Sharon Manes
My daughter just had her wisdom teeth removed here and the care she received was top notch! Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful. They were very fast! We were in and out in less than an hour! I highly recommend anyone go here if they need an oral surgeon. They were even thoughtful enough to give her an ice cream as we were leaving.
