I can’t say enough good things about this place! I called the Little Rock office on a Friday, immediately after leaving a free dental clinic that couldn’t help me and made my problem worse. The woman in the phone (sorry I can’t remember names now) was so nice and sympathetic to my situation and got me for a consult the following week! Every single person I interacted with was so kind and caring and never once made me feel embarrassed of how bad my teeth are or uncomfortable at all. Quickly got me booked for surgery and he is amazing! Even texted me later after surgery to make sure everything was doing ok. The amount even ended up being less than originally expected. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first time having to have oral surgery! Thank you each and everyone of you for going above and beyond!!
Was able to schedule consult for wisdom teeth removal within two weeks and then be scheduled the following week for actual surgery. In the meantime two other oral surgeons in Little Rock can't get me in for a consult any earlier than 6 and 8 weeks and then even longer to wait for surgery. They also accept my insurance Cigna Dental PPO, in network.
Had a bad impacted wisdom tooth and a decayed tooth. Had a total of 4 teeth removed. Dr Scott was awesome, down to earth, the procedure was a success, and most importantly: I felt like I was treated like family, not like an atm. The office manager lady, Ms Karen was also super sweet, she was a big help. She helped me out tremendously. I really felt like she was looking out for my best interest. The nurses were super nice too. All in all, 10 stars. I felt like I was truly cared for. Like they were looking out for me, not their bank account. I hope I never have to have more oral surgery, but if I do, these guys will be my first call.
Dr. Schoen is the best. He is really patient with all my questions. You can tell he is really knowledgeable about his area of expertise, as he confirms most of my pre-appointment research. He is honest and truthful in his experiences and recommendations for treatment. His staff takes good care of his patients as well. They know their stuff regarding health insurance payments. I can't say enough good stuff about Dr. Schoen and his practice.
I was so pleased with Dr. Schoen removal of my tooth. Such a professional setting and him taking the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely recommend him to others. I didn't need my pain meds.
