From the first call through the initial visit, for a tooth extraction, I was treated as if I were their only patient. The office waiting area is clean, and had a very welcome and calming atmosphere. The front desk person was very courteous and greeted me with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. The nurses who prepared me for my oral surgery very delightful, friendly, personable, and extremely competent and professional. Dr. Baldwin was very accommodating, friendly, easy to talk with, and thorough in his talk with me before surgery. He explained everything and put me at ease. I’m a patient for life at this office, and I am very grateful for the referral from my dentist. I only wish they took my Humana insurance.
I am beyond grateful for the staff of assistants, nurses, and Dr. Praetzel who all performed my surgery with such care and dedication. From my consultation visit to the day of the operation, this establishment has been so caring and committed to my comfort and well-being! I enjoyed my experiences here, and though I hope I don't have anything else needing me to go back, I wouldn't mind visiting and seeing the staff again! They made something that would have otherwise been so terrifying, so comfortable. I 10/10 recommend AOMS!
We had a very good experience from the start and staff was very professional and helpful with my daughter wisdom teeth removal. After care was very informative and the nurse helped with making sure if we had any questions or concerns they be more than happy to answer them. We definitely will come back again for our next time needing services.
This is Casey's, mother (Lorie). Because, of Casey's severe autism I will write this review with extreme gratitud and gratefulness!. This is one of the Best Dental facilities I've ever experienced. The Dentist and Casey's, whole dental care team were amazing. Casey, had 2 molars and all 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed and because of his severe autism, he had to be put to sleep to perform the surgery. Casey, experienced very little to No pain with minimal bleeding. He seems to be healing wonderfully! I'm extremely thankful for this dental facility. You all did an amazing job and I couldn't ask for a better group of experienced and very knowledgeable, dental care team. The dental office was extremely clean and everyone concerned was very courteous, nice, and helpful. We felt right at home, like family, as everyone there welcomed my son and I, with open arms. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my son (Casey). Casey, not one time, felt any fear and he felt comfortable from the very start to finish. The nurses helped wheel him outside, and then helped us put Casey gently and comfortability in our vehicle to go home, as if, my son, were their own. The staff was very kind from the front desk to all the people in the back and Dr Praetzel. They took great care of my son when he had his wisdom teeth taken out. Very pleased!
