Such a great staff, start to finish! Huge shout out to Lamar who was so nice and helpful walking me to my car! The doctor and the anesthesiologist also were so nice. If I ever need oral surgery again I will be using them!
The staff was kind, and things started off well, but I was quoted one price and later told I owe nearly triple what I already paid —with no prior notice. I’ve had other experiences with another oral surgeon where everything was explained up front, no surprise costs after the procedure. I'll take care of what I owe, there's no way around that now. But trust, honesty and transparency goes a long way. They will say it was in the paperwork and it may have been but I specifically had a conversation about payment and emphasized it's importance. In fact I was told quite adamantly, I would not pay over a certain amount. Yet mentioning I may owe more later never left the employees mouth.
My name is Elijah Ward and I got my wisdom teeth removed earlier today. The entire staff was super accommodating, kind, and more helpful than I could’ve hoped for. They took care of me in a last minute emergency situation, and I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone who was quality treatment from smart and caring people! Thank you so much!
Excellent customer service. All employees were helpful, nice, and understanding. Dr was very sweet to my daughter. He even checked up on her later that afternoon after her surgery. Would go back, would recommend to anyone looking for oral surgery.
Appointment was at 11am. It's 133pm and still have not been seen. There has been no communication and it is cold in the waiting room
