    I had an absolutely fantastic experience here! The facility was super nice and staff was completely hands-on and prompt. Answered all my questions and explained the whole wisdom teeth extraction process in great detail. Would definitely recommend them to others & I’m looking forward to being a lifelong patient here!

    Dr. Lustig and his team are great! Friendly, caring, and patient. I had a great experience from start to finish. Got a phone call to check on me from the nurse day after surgery. And another follow up the following Monday. The doctors are available for you night or day with any concerns, questions, or issues with your aftercare. Top notch! Would highly recommend!

    I had a good experience. I had 7 teeth removed. Dr. Neely and his assistents were excellent. Im now healling . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery. They are very competent. And i appreciate what they did for me to prepare me to receive a partial denture. Thank you.

    Avoid. Will con you into using their services without telling you that they don't take insurance. I asked three times when I called if they took our insurance, the person on the phone asked me who our insurance was, offered to even call our regular dentist to help me figure out who it was and then told me they would "call me if there were any issues". I didn't receive a call, they had my insurance information, so I assumed everything was good. My 19 year old daughter went in to have her dental work done and we got slammed with a $2k bill only to be informed they aren't in network, and in fact, aren't in network with ANY insurance company. Funny they didn't mention that when I called and asked THREE TIMES if they took our insurance. Instead of saying no, we aren't in network with any insurance, they helpfully offered to help get my insurance information from our regular dentist, which to me made it seem like they did. I was not informed otherwise. We would have found somewhere else in network had we been given that information. We were misled for the purpose of getting our money. I called and tried to speak with them about this and was called a liar and hung up on. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Oh, and to add insult to injury, after paying the $2k bill, and knowing we called to complain about their shady business practices, we just received a follow up bill from them for another $250 that our insurance "shockingly" didn't cover. Since you know, they aren't in network with any insurance. EDIT TO OWNER RESPONSE: I must thank you for your response, because it is now clear where your staff gets their lack of responsibility from. Were you present for either of the conversations I had with your staff? Maybe you should ask your PAYING customers for their side of the story first. And how ironic, that you are now the third person from your office to call me a liar. (Oh yes, I am aware that disingenuous is a pretty word for liar.) But I suppose you and your staff are divine beings incapable of making mistakes like us peasants who pay you. I can assure you, you won't find my name on your estimate. Because it was my 19 year old daughter who came in, who was also not explained to what the costs meant, and your staff knew I was the one coordinating the appointments. Your staff knew I was concerned about insurance coverage because I asked multiple times. They were SUPER helpful in scheduling the appointment for her though. And calling our dentist to find out who our insurance company was. Am I to interpret that to understand that you aren't in network? I feel we were taken advantage of. And if you wanted to convince me or the public otherwise, you would have picked up the phone and called to speak with me about my concerns instead of choosing AFTER I've paid you thousands of dollars to what, try and explain how out of network costs work? That wasn't the issue at hand, not knowing you were out of network in the first place was. So you can post your long, over-explanatory and clearly defensive replies, but the fact remains: at no point in my conversations with your staff was I told you were out of network. Nor my daughter. And sure, SHE did receive the estimate. A 19 year old whose parents are the financially responsible party. Even if she had shown it to us before the surgery, (which she should have so I could have called the whole thing off) your staff still would have let me waste $150 on a consultation NOT KNOWING YOU WEREN'T IN NETWORK. Because when I called the very first time, I said to your staff: I don't want to waste time sending her over there for an appointment if you don't take our insurance. She never indicated that you didn't. So please, explain to the public again how they can call and inquire about insurance coverage with your office and ensure they are getting all the information they need to make an informed decision. Because I did call. And I did ask. Three times. And you know what no one said? That you're out of network. Accountability is always in season. You should try it some time.

    Dr. banker was so relaxed and confident that it made me relax and not be scared. I got dental implant and the only thing that hurt at all was just the shot to numb the area. And of course it was not bad at all just what is normally expected. The results were shown to me on a screen. The team explained how to care for my implant and sent me home with a pamphlet that explained it also. I highly recommend Dr. banker and his team.
