I recently visited Dr. Armstrong for emergency dental services, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the friendliness of the staff immediately put me at ease. I have been seeing Dr. Tant for several years. This office is the most caring and professional practice I have ever been to. They are always honest about what work does or doesn't need to be done. The whole staff is friendly and I alway feel welcome in the office. Scheduling and, on occasion, rescheduling is easy and hassle free. I also love the fact that I see the same dental tech every time. I can't recommend this office enough.
Truly impressive office & personnel. Very warm & welcoming atmosphere. I expected a traditional dentist office, friendly but distant. Dr. & tech easy to talk with, knowlegable, and converse in layman's language so explanations, recommended procedures, etc. Are easily understood. Highly recommended!!
They truly take pride in their customer service. They have always taken excellent care of my husband, explaining everything clearly and giving the rationale behind every decision and treatment. I have had serious anxiety about going to the dentist. Today’s visit went so smoothly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They answered my questions completely and clearly, which helped to put me at ease. The facility is clean and welcoming. I have already recommended Drs. Armstrong and Tant to family. Very impressed.
