I had an excellent experience with my oral surgeon and the entire office team. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My surgeon was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining the procedure. They made sure I felt comfortable and confident before moving forward. The surgery itself went great, and my recovery has been smooth thanks to the clear aftercare instructions and support from the office. Dr. Allard himself along with two other staff members called me at different times the days following my surgery to check on me. How awesome is that?! I truly appreciate the outstanding customer care and high level of expertise. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing oral surgery.
I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out but I was put at ease as soon as I called the office. Each of the receptionists were so kind and helpful with all of my questions as this was my first big dental procedure. When I did get scheduled, I was running late to my consultation appointment and they still accommodated to get me in. The dental assistants were so knowledgeable and understanding. And Doctor Allard!!! Before this experience, I have had very awful and uncomfortable visits with doctors, but Doctor Allard completely changed my opinion on dentists and doctors in general. He explains everything so carefully yet concisely, understanding that I wasn’t sure about how the whole procedure would go. The procedure went absolutely great, I am writing this review 7 days after getting all 4 impacted wisdom teeth out and I have no pain, no swelling, no bruising, and basically healed. They made sure to get me in for a follow-up, and Doctor Allard checked up on how things were healing. Him and his team are so genuine with their care, and I’d recommend them to anyone, especially people who are anxious about doctors. Him and his team completely eased my anxiety about the whole situation. His certificates saying he’s been voted as a best doctor for years certainly do not lie!!
The office staff were super friendly and very professional. The doctor was very thorough in explaining what is going on. He took his time and he has an amazing bed side manner. The wait time was literally like 5 minutes. The office is super nice and very welcoming. I have not had this experience in any doctors office I have been to. I would give 10 stars if possible.💯👍🏼
I recently had a tooth extraction done here, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I was really nervous about the procedure (especially being put under), but the entire team made me feel so comfortable and cared for from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, checked in often, and made sure I was at ease the whole time. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery has been great. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Allard and his dental team — highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience with Dr.Allard and his amazing staff! I was so nervous about my surgery process and they helped ease my nerves and my entire experience went so smoothly. I had so many questions and they readily answered all of my questions and always answered my phone calls. I will always be returning for future procedures and my family all goes here for all of our dental surgical needs. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. Thank you to this amazing team for helping me restore my smile back!
