Art Dental Laboratory has been providing Dentists in the D.C. area and around the nation with the highest quality of full dental service since 1989. Yang, C.D.T. has over twenty years of experience working with every aspect of dental technology. His effort to keep up with the state-of-the-art technology has made Art Dental Lab a one-of-a-kind dental laboratory. Furthermore, all of the client's calls are always taken with utmost care by him. Art Dental Laboratory is a state of the art facility leading the way with new dental technologies and a dedication to customer satisfaction born from the same tradition of excellence. For example, we are the first dental laboratory in the U.S.A that installed Microstar Fz5 Central suction system, which makes our lab as quiet as a lawyer's office. We create artistic restorations to classical music instead of factory noise. The use of advanced technologies coupled with a unique team approach to casework ensure you excellent, consistent customer care, casework quality and personal attention only a dedicated team can provide.

They generally do very good work and I have been a loyal customer for years, but when cases don't work and need to be sent back repeatedly, Han (the owner) is not very helpful or apologetic. His attitude is you can go to another lab and he really could not care less. He will not issue refunds or credits, which tells me he really does not value my chair time spent adjusting his work. Not the kind of customer service your patients would expect, and not the kind of person I'd want to deal with.
My partner (Dr. M. Favagehi) and I are dentists (periodontists) practicing in Northern Virginia for over 20 years. We've worked with Art Dental lab for 20 years either directly or indirectly through many of our referring dentists for implant planning, surgical guides, temporaries, custom milled abutments and final restorations. We highly recommend them.

very bad customer service and also unqualified material. I have tried to reach the owner for refund of 3 Implant crown fractured. No respond for 3 months.
