Ups and downs. Pretty clinic. Everyone seems nice. I went in for my routine exam with a cleaning. They told me the price expectations for repairing a couple of old fillings. That work was done then I got the cleaning done. The cleaning was very rough with lots of pulling on my teeth. I noticed there was lots of tugging on teeth that had had fillings done in the past. After I left two different teeth broke within a week. I called back to get scheduled. The next available appointment was more than one month out. I reiterated I have two broken teeth within 2 days of getting dental work done. They said they just don't have availability for their existing clients. Then proceeded to call five or six other dentist who would all get me in within the week as a new patient. For obvious reasons, I no longer use this dentist. I don't know that the teeth wouldn't have broken on their own, but it's a heck of a coincidence, and then refusing to get me an in a timely fashion was not acceptable. Lastly, after going to other dentists, they showed me that I actually had a visible cavity that needed to be fixed. It wasn't even found in the CT scans from this dentist. Again, I would say that the office is really nice and the staff all seemed really pleasant. But overscheduling yourself and not giving enough space to schedule existing clients that are having urgent and extremely painful needs is not a good practice overall.
Everybody there is so nice. They take such good care of you. They genuinely care about you. I am so glad they were recommended to me. Dr. Maddox is just great and so is his Dental Hygienist Victoria. Jean that works the front desk is always so nice. I will never go to another Dentist.
I tend to get nervous when I get my teeth cleaned but I love that the person cleaning my teeth (sorry I don’t remember your name!) talks to me while she is doing it. She was very relaxed and open - sharing stories with me. And I even got the chance to respond with welcome breaks anytime I held my hand up to swallow! lol The dentist is also very nice. She also was very relaxed which keeps me calm. Thanks!! 😊
The whole staff is the best! Friendly, knowledgeable and instructional about the best dental care available. They actually teach you how to take care of your teeth and gums at home! Being going to Jamie’s team for over 25 years and they have never let me down! Five stars for sure!
I have been here twice now to visit Dr Leahy. She is great. So calm and kind. She has worked on two separate issues that were causing pain: One was a root canal and the other a simple fix. She is thorough, and understanding, and explains everything simply. I have had bad experiences at other dentists in the past so i've been nervous with dental visits... but I really feel great about Dr Leahy and this office.
