Jill and Dr. Abbott were absolutely amazing! I hate going to the dentist and they make it so easy. Jill is sensitive on my teeth and makes the whole process simple. She also has an awesome personaltiy and makes the dental visit go by quickly, which I appreciate. Dr. Abbott is a total pro! They've also made my teeth healthier since going to them so buy what they recommend because the products work. My whole family goes to this practice and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
The front end staff is great. Pleasent, professional and very helpful. The dental staff is just as great. They treated me with respect and gentleness. The office is clean and very well set up to make the patients feel welcome and safe. Great place... recommend for any age.
I had an 8:00 a.m. dentist appointment, which already puts this experience in elite territory. I arrived a few minutes early to update my medical history (because nothing says “responsible adult” like paperwork before the sun is fully up), and from there everything went incredibly smoothly. From start to finish, the whole experience was top notch. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and my hygienist, Holly, was absolutely fantastic—warm, professional, and impressively upbeat for that early in the morning. She explained everything clearly, was gentle and thorough, and somehow made a dental cleaning feel almost… enjoyable. I was taken back on time, never felt rushed, and definitely never felt judged (even though coffee is clearly part of my personality at this point). The care was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire visit was handled with real attention and care. In short: great people, excellent care, and an early-morning dental appointment that didn’t ruin my day—which might be the highest praise of all. Highly recommend!
My last name has changed to Stephanie Duarte but same person… anyway I wanna give a big shoutout to everyone that I saw Monday Dec 8th . I called for a tooth emergency and they got me in the only dentist office who squeezed me in this morning and saved my life. Yall are amazing. From Jill the hygienist nurse to the dentist himself and the two amazing lady’s up front . Everyone was so nice and supportive of my situation to get me through this day, And helped me get my surgery scheduled and payment plan set up as well they were so friendly and supportive . So here’s a big shoutout to the best dentist office in Asheville y'all are amazing! You’ll See me again a regular patient for sure …
