Wonderful office. Very clean, uncluttered, & has calming colors. Friendly & accommodating staff. This was easily the most detailed medical/ dental history that I have provided. They carefully reviewed my clinical information & asked questions as needed. They performed a comprehensive dental examination, including photo documentation. Dr Goggins is clearly well versed in her specialty but also easily explains the clinical situation and clearly delineated the treatment options. She explained why several of my problems were not amenable to treatment. For the areas where treatment was indicated, she readily discussed the pros & cons of the treatment options and the likely percentages of treatment success. The financial costs were clearly laid out by the clinical staff and payment options were offered. I felt well informed & not pressured to proceed with booking the proposed procedure. I highly recommend this periodontal practice.
This was by far the best the best dental experience I’ve had. The staff was so genuine and gentle, and they made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I came in nervous, but they took their time, explained everything, and made sure i felt understood. I truly felt like my concerns mattered. Highly recommend!
A dentist that made me feel welcome and no judgement! Can I get a yes please! Dr Susanna and Amanda were awesome. I went in prepared to have all my teeth pulled, but was so surprised that they were willing to set me up on a treatment plan that has allowed me to keep them. They were so nice and explained everything in detail and as long as I work to take better care, they would save them. I don’t want to go back to my regular dentist, I wish she and her staff were my dentist!
The service at Asheville Periodontics is unmatched and absolutely exceptional! I had the most thorough exam I’ve ever had along with a detailed explanation of services needed. The thought Dr. Goggins and her practice puts into the patient experience put any anxiety I had to rest. She is a highly skilled Provider and practices with integrity. My first visit began with a thorough case history that i was able to fill out ahead of time at my own convenience. It was immediately apparent that my comfort was a top priority. Communication was great as I prepared for the appointment. The office was clean and decorated in a warm inviting manner. U was greeted promptly and roomed right away. The staff and provider were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The care received was focused on me, ensuring that all of my questions were answered and that my needs were met. I give them 5 🌟s!
