Just wanted to leave a quick review because the service was amazing! From the moment I walked in, Dominic, Kaylen, Dr. Mo, and Donna all made the experience smooth and welcoming. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. The service was great and the whole team made me feel comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend them to anyone looking for great care!
I had a great experience at Aspen Dental thanks to Domenik. He is the best assistant there! He was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was okay during my visit. The whole team at Aspen Dental is very caring and friendly. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them!
Dentist was fine. Removed my wisdom teeth (one was cracked.) I was told my insurance would cover the complete cost. Turns out they did and then denied it. I didnt recieve a notification telling me I had a balance or even to let me know my claim was denied. When I finally called to see what was going on I was told they would handle it. Never recieved a new bill or even a follow up. I called again and finally found out my claim was denied and they just kept asking if I wanted to make a payment. I wanted this covered not to make a payment. I finally find out they submitted no information to my insurance company to justify the pulling of the the rest. They sent no xrays no nothing which is why the insurance denied it. Again I was never told it was denied. Now im waiting for "ticket" im told, to get this information to be sent to my insurance and I need to make a payment before my bill goes to collections. The fact that they can sit you down, tell you eveything is covered by insurance and then never let you know it was denied is absolutely horrible. My insurance company told me all this information was on the original rejection but Aspen didnt send the information they needed. I now have to wait for this ticket and im told can take up to 30 days. 1 week update, I recieved an email saying "they were glad to resolve this issue." With not a single change. This issue was not resolved.
Although I dread going to the dentist this location makes me feel comfortable. Every staff member is friendly, kind and attentive. All my questions are answered with excellent explanations. Dr. Mahdi aka Dr. Mo is kind and understanding not to mention amazing with his dentistry. A big thanks to all of you for making my visits not so dreadful! ❤️
I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The staff was welcoming, and my dental assistant Dom was super nice and very helpful. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated the care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
