I called late yesterday with tooth pain, and they were able to fit me in the very next morning! Unlike several other dental offices I called that claimed to do emergency dental work (some had almost 2 week waits for an emergency !) So I was extremely thankful of how fast they were able to treat me. The dentist was extremely nice, along with the dental assistant who took my X-rays and helped through the whole process. The young lady helping with my billing paperwork was also extremely friendly, & was very patient running different options for payment and was very up front and explained every option so I didn’t feel unsure or surprised by my total or what I was paying for. The staff made me feel very at ease overall, over a situation with my teeth that I was embarrassed of. They gave me a very clear step by step of what my dental plan will be moving forward, which also put me at ease knowing exactly what to expect to improve my smile! Would definitely recommend, and will be back for more dental work in the future!
I had a filling come out so my appointment was urgent. Got in right away and they were able to fix my flling the same day! Have other dental work that needs to be done and they were able to schedule all my appointments within a few weeks time. Compassionate dentist and staff. Highly recommend!
I love that Aspen Dental was able to see me the day I made an appointment for my teeth to have an X-Ray. The dentist I was seeing wasn’t able to get me in until Feb 19 almost a month and a half away. Since insurance company’s take a long time to renew insurance I was surprised it only costed $29 for a full mouth X-Ray usually it’s a cost around $100-$200 or more at other dental offices. They told me exactly what was wrong and I got my wisdom teeth removed a few days later. They did an excellent job with the procedure and how fast all this was would usually be around 2 weeks to get me an appointment to the dentist I was going to. The convince of being able to make an appointment and choose the day/time myself is really nice. This is why I’ll stick with Aspen Dental over any other dentist I’ve been to
Heads up you may get a phone call less than two hours before your appointment letting you know new patients are subject to a one to two hour wait period past their scheduled appointment time. Due to them being short staffed and only one person working who can do certain tasks. No thanks time is valuable and dentists are on every block I’ll find one who appreciates their clients time and has realistic wait times. Office staff was kind about it and obviously not their fault but whoever is in charge of operations needs to do better.
Went due to insurance issue, from beginning was second guessing why. Their assessment was very different from first place I went. I already knew I needed a root canal and which tooth it was. Was told that I did need one however completely different tooth and the ex rays showed different items than first place. With the extension ex rays they took prior I was confused. When I questioned this was told that if I was to go to 10 different dentist I would get 10 different assessments. I told her then I would I know I actually getting done what is needed. Also told that something’s they wouldn’t know until they started doing the work. So then additional cost as we guess what needs to be corrected. Also told note the hygienist spent about 5 minutes checking things out with different analysis as other place. Considering how much was spent actually seeing someone I spent a-lot of time there with only getting frustrated and leaving. Save yourself the time. Stay away from these corporate places and find local independent organization
