Ok I have been working for over a month to try and get the correct pre determination letter to my insurance, we are literally going on the 5th letter, my approval for what was originally submitted was approved 20+ days ago! It was lacking 75 percent of what was needing done, every single time I call to get the correct one done they are just to busy and something else is missing on the next one submitted, this is tens of thousands worth of work I’m wanting to get done, if this was all done right the first time we would have already been well into the process, I have been calling multiple times a week to keep up on this and correct things, this makes me extremely hesitant to go forward knowing I am going to have to babysit what is billed out and making sure things are done correctly, if I owned this practice I would be absolutely appalled, I would love to chat with the doctor owner
Aspen Dental of Ardmore is a cut above the rest. I was ruined on going to the dentist from being in the military and dealing with dentists who deal on mass scale and no people skills. Aspen puts a very personal touch on their customer service and the overall treatment of the clientele there. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Ardmore. Dr. Evans is an amazing lady, and an even better dentist. Her staff are very polite, very professional, and very knowledgeable. They all go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and confident. Top Tier facility with top tier people there. 10/10 If you need a dentist, go to Aspen in Ardmore. Worth the 45-minute drive to me.
The staff was pretty nice, but I waited over an hour and a half to see a dentist and never got seen. I ended up walking out. I showed up early for my appointment, and it took them 30 minutes to get me into the room, where I waited for an hour.
Friendly, pleasant, and very helpful with answering questions and explaining. All staff members were so nice and helpful. Kristiana really did great with explaining the billing also.
Professional, thorough, and very friendly. I’ll be back this coming week for a more invasive procedure thanks to a wisdom tooth, but they’ve helped me lay out a plan for the future of my oral health. I’m hoping I can afford to finance what’s being done, but one step at a time. That aside, it was a pleasant visit and I look forward to eventually having a smile I’m not ashamed of. I’ve heard that they’re pull happy, but this is definitely not the chop shop some have made it out to be. They definitely want to work with salvaging what I do have and I appreciate it tremendously. Highly recommended, even to people like myself who fear the dentist.
