I get my teeth cleaned about every four months. The hygienist takes great care of me here and the staff is always kind. I’ve been coming for four years now I think and have never once had a complaint. They’re very upfront about cost as well. Rescheduling is also very simple. They over-communicate(in a good way with a week before email) when you have an appointment so you don’t get blindsided last minute if you forgot or your calendar is off. All in all love it here!
I had an excellent experience. They are all friendly and caring. They take their time with you. No rushing. Answered and explained all questions I had. Felt very comfortable. There was a assistant associate named Sue. She is very polite, friendly and caring. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. I was very comfortable around her and she made me laugh. She is very professional and passionate about her job. I highly recommend to everyone. Thank you all.
My first time at an aspen dental and I can honestly say it was a great experience. Everyone was so kind and nice and took the time to explain everything. Sue, Paul and Dr. Matthew were great! Definitely would recommend this dentist!
If I could I would give zero Stars. I've had nothing but issues with Aspen Dental, both the quality of work and the financial aspect. Out of the five teeth that had been worked on, four of them hurt. I had three fillings and one crown done as well as an extraction a month before. Went to a closer Aspen Dental office and they recommended to have all teeth root canaled and crowned. I went back to the original office to have fillings polished that was not done the first time and therefore was causing pain. And the crown that was put on still hurts and when I called to have it addressed I was told they would call me back after speaking to the dentist and I never received a call back. The billing is always incorrect and I've had to call multiple times to have my account reviewed. They are not applying the insurance properly nor my discount plan properly. So in the end I've had them recommend unnecessary work which makes me question if one of my teeth really needed to be extracted and try to charge me for what my insurance paid and also overcharge me hundreds of dollars. They seem nice but definitely a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Absolutely amazing! Today was my very first time coming. I can tell you, from the phone conversation to set up my appt to all those involved in my care, including Dr. Ikhlayel to Ms. Andrea, to Ms. Molli, this team was and is phenomenal!! I am grateful beyond words and highly recommend Aspen Dental in Garner. Truly amazing. Thank you all SO VERY MUCH!!!
