My appointment was at 8am. They didn’t open the door until 8:07am!! There was a patient catching at attitude with me at the door asking what time do we open. Like ma’am I don’t work here I also have an appointment. Didn’t get seen here for insurance and other reasons Once you do get in the door. The staff disappears. Bad first impression and I didn’t even get seen. Wonder what I saved myself from. The search for a great dentist continues ….
Nykeria - I was in such pain the day I entered Aspen Dental. I was concerned about the cost as well as the procedure to help me obtain some relief. After speaking with the dentist I had to speak with someone in finance to go over the cost of each determined dental care needed. The kindness, patience and respect I received from the young lady Nykeria was absolutely amazing. She took the time to walk me through each listed item. Taking time to answer each question without judgement or impatience. The love and value she demonstrated for me as a person and a patient assured me that I was in the right place. It felt good to receive quality care. It felt refreshing to know I was dealing with a professional that was knowledgeable in the subject matter. She represented not only herself with dignity, kindness and respect. She also represented Aspen Dental as a well trained and qualified professional. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.
My experience at this office was beyond frustrating and incredibly unprofessional. My appointment was at 3:00 PM and I arrived at 2:45. I was not taken back until around 3:45 nearly an hour later. No clear explanation and no consideration for my time. After my X-rays and gum examination, the dental hygienist, April, told me I needed a deep cleaning and clearly stated it would be done that same day. She specifically explained that I would return on another day for the second half of the cleaning. Based on that, I agreed to move forward. After waiting another 20–25 minutes just to find out the cost, I was then told it could NOT be done that day. When I questioned it, April claimed she never said that which is simply not true. She absolutely said it and discussed how I would be coming back for the second cleaning. Then I was told the hygienist had already left for the day, even though I had spoken to her roughly 30 minutes prior. That inconsistency felt dishonest and extremely unprofessional. The front desk manager, Caitlin, offered an apology, but it felt insincere and dismissive. There was no real accountability and no effort to make the situation right. If you do not have all day to sit in a dental office, I strongly suggest going somewhere else. Patients deserve clear communication, honesty, and respect for their time. I requested my X-rays and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Every time I visit this place, it's always a great experience. Front desk reception, Kaitlyn, who assisted with my payment stuff, the Doctor and the assistants. April who always does my cleanings is so cool. Great vibes but very professional all around. The whole team. Thank you again. And it's black ran and black female owned. YES! For the culture.
I had a very great experience at this dental office from start to finish. The entire visit was well organized, efficient, and extremely professional, which made the appointment smooth and stress free. Check-in was quick and easy, and I was seen right on time, something I really appreciate. Dr. Price was friendly and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the procedure to me which made me feel comfortable and well informed throughout the visit.
