Taran (DA) was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Subhash did a great job with my fillings and was very receptive when I felt an adjustment was needed and when I needed a break during the work. One note, for anyone with Cigna insurance, is make sure the dentist who will be working on you is in network otherwise Cigna will only cover minimally. Not all Aspen Dental dentists are in network. I had a friend get burned for over $1k he didn't expect.
So far its been life changing in the best way possible. They really helped me afford it. Made the entire process comfortable as it can be getting 24 extractions and full dentures. They are happy to adjust them as needed even on short notice. Never once did they make me feel embarrassed. Now I can smile again, eat what I want. I get my final permanents in a few months which they upgraded for me for the same price. Couldn't say enough good things about the Barre Vt location im going to. My hope is to get implants this next year for the signatures that im getting.
I called one of the Aspen Dental staff members (I don’t remember the gentleman’s name) to schedule an appointment for a deep cleaning. I told him I could come on February 26, 2026 at 10:30 AM, and he confirmed the appointment. The next day, February 27, he called me back saying that they would not be open on the 26th and apologized. That was fine, so I asked him about their schedule, and he told me they are open Monday through Saturday. We then rescheduled the appointment for March 5 at 2:00 PM. Today I called to make sure everything was set and that I was in the system as a patient. The woman I spoke with, Mary, was very polite, but she told me she could not find my name anywhere in their system. Honestly, this is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I arranged my schedule and risked missing a day of work for this appointment, only to find out that it was never properly scheduled. Situations like this make patients lose trust in the service being provided.
I have never had such an amazing experience at a dental office in my life. From the moment you walk in, they welcome you with such open arms. I women named Kendra i believe. Went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The dentist was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Filled with happiness, and compassion. All the way down to reception, just pure kindness. I would highly recommend. And if price is an issue, they always do what they can to make it affordable for everyone. Such a pleasant experience, and it wont be my last.
I wish I could give him a thousand stars! I have NEVER been to a dentist office so homey before in my life. From the moment I walked into the office Christina made me feel like I was family. Kendra brought me back into the office and while pretending to be the paparazzi as she snapped pictures of my teeth. She treated me like a long lost girlfriend. Alssya was kind and informative with her everything that was going to happen next, and didn't make digging around in my mouth awkward at all as we joked around. Dr Subrash was personable and knowledgeable, then thoroughly explained my situation and streamlined a care plan. Easy, pleasant and painless! From there I was ushered into a small waiting room where JJ appeared and brought me to his desk. This kind, gentle man was patient with me as he double checked and made sure I understood the care plan and my options to pay for the services. Then I was highly appreciative when he took the initiative to get me in the same day for the next step of my care plan. He knew that I have quite a drive to their office and even worked with me to schedule all of my appointments within the time I had left with my insurance to ensure I would be able to pay for the services. I left there highly impressed! (and I was a customer service rep for close to 20 years it takes a lot to impress me) However, this team went above and beyond even the expected! I got a call the next day to find out that the procedure to make my night guards didn't work and I'd have to come back in and get them remolded. The day I was scheduled to come in I had very important phone call hat I was waiting for that when I scheduled the appointment I didn't know I was going to be expecting. The normally short procedure turned out to not be so short. They cared enough about my situation and my important phone call that JJ sat in the room with me to take my phone call, while my mouth was otherwise preoccupied. Laurel who was a saint and had to mold my teeth 4 times would not quite until it was right! I tell you these people are absolutely ah-MAZING! When I say they're like family I truly mean it! I never want to go anywhere else to get my teeth taken care of again. I don't care that I have to drive almost an hour to see them. I'd do it in a heart beat! My friends, I promise you, you cannot go wrong trusting this team with your dental care. I think it would be safe to say that I'd easily trust them with even more than that if I were to have a medical event within their facility, I'd have more trust in them than in some the hospitals I've been in these days. So if you're on the fence about this group, have no fear, they will treat you right! 😍
