    This place is awful. Went to see about an extraction for a broken tooth. Was given a $25,000 "treatment plan" instead. After asking multiple times about the only thing I went in for, I was finally told the extraction would cost over $400. Was politely asked to fill out a survey if I felt kind. I didn't have anything positive to say about the experience so I had planned on leaving it at that. Within the next 10 or so hours, I was contacted an additional 3 times about doing a survey. I did said survey and told them exactly how I felt about my visit and their office. I checked the option to NOT BE CONTACTED. After that, I received an email from a regional manager with their contact information and now another email for this review. So if you need dental work and want staff to not listen to a single thing you say then be presented with a treatment plan the price of a vehicle, this might be the place for you.

    Aspen Dental helped me through a difficult time when another dentist caused my implants to fail. They continue to help me and everyone is professional, courteous, And so understanding. I would refer them to all my friends and family. ❤️

    It was my first time at Aspen Dental, and Lisann was truly amazing. She made the whole visit easy and stress-free. I’ve only been once, but Lisann made a great impression she’s amazing! So kind, helpful, and welcoming.

    I thought I was going in for routine x-rays and cleaning. Instead, after being there over an hour and 40 minutes, I left with nothing close to that and no paperwork. I never received a cleaning and not even a mention of one. I've never been to a dentist appointment without a cleaning. I arrived 10min early. The front desk had trouble pulling up the insurance. I sat waiting for over 30 min to be called back. I received about 20 x-rays. Then after going to an exam chair, I sat waiting another 30 min for the dentist. After her looked through my mouth and x-rays, he had his assistant take notes. He then showed I needed my chipped tooth either filled or caped, two filings in molars, two wisdom teeth removed, and some sort of medication on another tooth to prevent a cavity. After waiting another 10 minutes, I was told the system was still not pulling up the insurance and I would be called when it does finally work to discuss costs and scheduling of all the work that the dentist talked about. I left without any paperwork or details of what exactly I need. Side note: I've never been told that my two remaining wisdom teeth NEEDED to be removed, especially when one is close to nerves and could cause permanent numbness in my jawline/chin. It's now the end of the day. I haven't received a call. If I do hear from them, I'm asking for everything in writing and access to my x-rays. I'm going somewhere else for a second opinion. Not a good first impression of this place.

    This office has lied to me for almost 4 weeks. I kept checking in to find the status of my invisiliners and was told they weren't in yet. Come to find out they were never ordered. They told me they were delayed which was a bold faced lie. They pushed them off to another aspen dental to order. 4 WEEKS LATER. I have had to wear the same tray for four weeks. I want to know why they were never ordered. I left a message for the regional manager to call me and she can't even return my call. I am beyond furious. This is so unprofessional. Please find a different office for your dental needs. UPDATE: not only did this office not order the trays, apparently the scans were done incorrectly because the trays did not fit when I received them. I need to go through the whole process again. Thanks to the spokane valley office for being professional and getting this right after beaverton made a disaster out of everything. By the way, apparently the regional manager does not give a hoot what I have been through. No call from her.
