Excellent service - all the staff was wonderful. Polite, understanding, patient and took time to explain everything to me and work with me on financials. Can't say enough good about Bemidji's Aspen Dental. Thank you for helping me get on top of my dental issues and for being kind, most of all. It really helped me a LOT today (& upcoming appts).
Honestly the best dental experience I have ever had! The woman I booked my appointment with at the call center so compassionate and efficient. Upon arrival I noticed how clean and organized it was at the Bemidji Minnesota location. I honestly cant say enough about the staff our tech Kirsten fantastic so informative and efficient, they work as a team! Squeezed me in for an emergency extraction, both dentists Lief and Thien were incredible so compassionate and gentle. Can't say enough about this place!
I went in for tooth pain. Ended up getting full upper and lowers . It was a six month journey of ups and downs. But the crew at Aspen dental was there for ever step, the good the bad the ugly ! Highly recommend!!!
Total scam and advertises as “affordable” but completely the opposite. Quoted my husband $8,000, and suggested a root canal for a tooth that was causing him extreme pain (the main reason why we went in). My husband just wanted it pulled but they didn’t want to pull it even though that was the best option and what needed to be done… I knew they were going to suggest a root canal and before we even went in I told my husband no way you’re going to let them talk you into a root canal. Anyways that’s what they tried to do. We left without doing anything, and went to a more reliable dentist who said the tooth immediately had to be pulled. He pulled it same day and the roots of the tooth had literal cysts growing… the dentist said a root canal would have done NOTHING and made it even worse he could have been hospitalized eventually. He charged us only $300 and was the best dentist- so honest and kind. Never go to Aspen Dental. They do not care about patients only the money. Wish I could do 0 stars. Total scam and if they did a root canal my husband would’ve been in the hospital.
Aspen Dental did an excellent job on my teeth. The staff was quick, efficient, and made the entire visit smooth from start to finish. I was in and out faster than expected, and the quality of their work was great. Highly recommend if you want fast, professional care!
