My first time at Aspen Dental in Bonita. Will go back again. Had a fantastic experience from the minute I arrived. Teeth cleaning was perfect and my exam with Dr Betzios was extremely professional. Highly recommend!
What an incredible experience we have had at our first visit to Aspen Dentist. We are here visiting from the UK and my mother in laws denture cracked, I searched for a same day repair near me and luckily for us Aspen Dental came up. From the first phone call the staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. We had an appointment at 8am where they first did a very comprehensive check including X-rays for $29. Brooke and Dr Betzios took great care of my mother in law with their happy, sunny personalities. Sarah the technician managed to repair her denture within 2 hrs (amazing) then we were looked after by Felippe and Missy who explained the the costs in detail (which was very reasonable) they were also so friendly. I would whole heartedly recommend them and will happily use again if required. Well done all at Aspen Dental ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The staff is so nice & understanding. I felt really welcomed & no judgement, Felipe & Jessica were so supportive thru the process & I was able to get the help I need to get my teeth back to health condition. The doctor was very informative & guided me thru the process she was very nice. Overall wonderful experience specially since I’m terrified to go to the dentist
The best dental experiences I have had in my 62 years. Very caring and professional also. They were the best. Had extractions. No dentures or implants.
Bad experience at dental. First time told me 29usd for a xray. Already paid for it. And they even did a whole check up that quoted me 23k and wanted to know when we can start the procedure. Told them i came to remove my molar teeth, despite their xray and gave me around 4 injections, they came to tell me that they won’t be able to remove it. So clearly the xray is kind of scam thing. Its been for week i’ve been waiting for a refund and now after 3 weeks they want to charge for the anesthesia where it was given to me its was kind of useless. Worst one at Bonita Springs
