Every time I have an appointment that is booked months out, they call me 2-3 days prior and say they have no availability and try to move me to a different week. I plan my trips to Brattleboro and work schedule specifically around these appointments, so it’s truly maddening to have them changed every single time. Paired with the constant sales pitches for upgrades and cosmetic work, I'll be seeking out a new dentist soon.
I absolutely love everybody here! They are amazing. They help me through a lot smile, wise and heat wise first time ever getting dentures as a 34-year-old woman and they treated me with the upmost respect ever and I definitely highly recommend these people are amazing big hard smiles beyond. And it just feels like home here.
Needed to evaluate the extraction of some extremely bad teeth and replace with dentures. Alex was very polite and professional. He made sure he explained my options and how the procedure would work. Very pleased so far
Went today for a first visit. Had 2 extremely loose and painful teeth. They fit me in without a problem, extracted the 2 problem teeth and sent me on my way. Excellent service, polite and competent staff. Very professional! I will be back to continue my dental experience with them. Ty Aspen Dental!!
The dental assistant was the sweetest! Only thing I would’ve liked is if the dentist told me what she was doing and if I’m almost done! I had a little anxiety attack. Felt like I was getting a tooth pulled for hours.
