I called for a new patient appointment due to pain I have been experiencing on and off. The receptionist on the phone was very kind. The appointment for me was scheduled right away. Bryauna and another employee at check in were very friendly and welcoming. Xrays were taken as is normal for new patients. The technician and assistant were both very thorough with the assessment. Dr Baird viewed the xrays explained what was causing the pain. The information I received helped me decide what to do to fix the problem. I was then informed of the cost. Very pleased today with their staff. The overall experience 5 stars.
What a great experience all around! I found myself with a broken tooth and in an emergency - they were able to get me in same day and took good care of me. Very personable, communicative and listened. Michael the dental tech was great too! And Brandy in hygiene! Everyone was great! I will be going here in future for my dental care.
Absolutely wonderful place and staff!! I came in with an emergency tooth pain and that staff was not only prompt to get me in but was completely helpful tracking down my insurance info. They went over everything without pressuring me into any services. Understanding we are all struggling in 2026 help me find a payment plan that is manageable to my needs. They instantly gain me an my families business and Ill be sure to spread the word!
Very friendly and helpful! I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and they made the experience a positive one! Michael was so professional but friendly and calming and Hannah was so helpful and informative, she made me feel at ease the entire time she was assisting me. Thank you all for be wonderful!
I went in there needing a tooth filled and another chip tooth fixed. I also need a deep scale cleaning. He did things in the order I could afford and worked with me on every aspect of the process. Great job all of you from the girl that checked me out very kind lady to the back office. Thank you
