I had a great experience. Sydney, was outstanding, very welcoming, engaging and giving a sense of calm with great respect and accomodating! The doctor, his assistant and overall team were very professional, including the finance department with offering a couponl. Dr. Robert’s is not only an oral surgeon, he is also an anesthesiologist!! He went into detail about my procedure and the steps for receiving my dental implants pre and post surgery. He is very professional but also has a great chair side manner. His nurses were also so kind to me. I highly recommend Dr. Robert’s at Aspen Dental, Bryant Ar.
The service there is pretty quick for a new patient! Shannan was my hygienist and she’s pretty awesome! She made sure I was comfortable and chitchatting was cool. See yall in three months!
I was there 2 hours. Was happy to. E seen with no apt. One appointment did not show and they gave me the slot. I thought the technology ( x-ray machines and room equipment) would be more up to date or modern. I feel 150 for an appointment is a lot, but I used to have insurance. And then of course it was another almost 150 to glue a bridge in. I do not k ow if this is the going rate, but I’m blessed to be in and out with my problem fixed in o e afternoon
I’ve always been scared of the dentist, but I was treated with care and compassion. Shannon did an amazing job with me today. I just want to say thank you Shannon
