This office was great today despite a set back with out appointment time. The staff went the extra mile to ensure my mom got her dentures aligned and cleaned In the same afternoon. The lab tech, Dr and main nurse all stayed past hours to get the job done! THANK YOU all! DP
Updated review... So my appt was simple and went well. But of course my husband seems to always have bad luck with these places. I finally was able to get us insurance and it still back fires for us. We pay in full every time and it goes well. Except today we get a surprise bill in the mail and we call to try and figure it out through their service number with no help in the end.
Went in with a broken denture that was only 6 months old, was given an appointment right away and repaired the denture. Unfortunately they kept breaking 4 times. They finally made me a new set,and I am very happy with them despite the constant repairs. The staff is great there. The new denture feels great. 😁 thanks again
I haven’t been to the dentist in years and was nervous to hear how bad things were and how much it would cost to fix. Not only did the staff make me comfortable during my initial consult but they also made comfortable with the idea of future appointments that i’ll definitely need. The price was another thing i was crazy nervous about, seeing as i don’t have dental insurance, but they made sure i was aware of the price options from all aspects they could provide including giving me a paper about their savings plan.
Honestly so glad I found a new dentist. The only good thing about this place is the hygienist (she’s amazing) other than that good luck trying to get ahold of them no one ever answers the phone . Went in for a scheduled cleaning tried charging me 200$ with no explanation of what for (I have insurance) told them I would have to reschedule due to not knowing ahead of time I’d had to pay out of pocket. The younger girl at the front desk was no help wouldn’t tell me what the cost was for and rescheduled my cleaning 6 months out. Thanks for nothing Aspen. Oh and they did fillings on my top teeth in the back I havnt been able to chew on that side of my mouth since and a filling in front of my teeth that they half did super rushed horrible job that I now have to get redone .
