Dentist and hygienist are great. People are pleasant. But its a money pit and I had to receive their cleaning process when what I needed was a tooth pulled that broke off. I was not going to be treated unless I agreed to the cleaning with gum antimicrobials etc. I feel this was wrong I don't care that it is a American Dental Association standard of care. As a patient I should have had the right to refuse it if I didn't want it. It was around $200 that my insurance didn't cover. But my teeth would not be taken care of unless I did it. I also paid in January for future procedures and cleanings through March that still have not been billed to my insurance that was $2000 my part would have been half that amount. Yes I probably will contact the Attorney General as I fill my patient rights were violated. and charging for procedures not even done yet or billed to insurance can put a financial strain on people. I being fortunate was able to pay but its the principal. I don't think the lady as hard as she tries knows what she is doing with the billing she was suppose to be a hygienist but they had no one to do the billing..
Everyone was so nice. Everyone that I met was very friendly and explained every detail of what they were doing and going to do. It was my wife and I first visit and we were well pleased with everything from start to finish. We were provided with the cost of all procedures. They are very good at what they do the do. They deserve 6 stars.
Everyone was kind and very helpful. The Dentist explained to me abought my personal issues. Was very clear an helped me understand in a way no other Dentist had done. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Clarksburg.
Having a tooth pulled is at the top of the suck list. But, I can't say enough how much I appreciate how easy it was to sit in the chair and get the job done. The staff and the dentist are all top notch and I thank them for making it as pain free as they could.
It was my first visit to this practice, and it was a pleasant surprise! Such nice people, all very helpful, efficient aid patient. I aim already looking forward to dealing with them, to complete my dental work.
