I knew I wasn’t feeling well but I had no idea the gravity of my situation until the doctor showed me the x-rays. Thank God these kind people explained in detail what was happening to my teeth and what needed to be done. They are moving quickly and safely and my teeth will be out and replaced asap. Payment plans DO exist and I had several options. All in all I felt well taken care of and they are very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
I love the Aspen Dental in Cortland specifically. The staff there is great. The remember your name your, what you do and they are relatable. They got me in to fix a tooth that broke off with same day results. The dentists and aids are all great, even the ones they have that come in to sub for full-time dentist. I just had a young black woman who was excellent 👌🏿 she is the only doctor that has ever made me almost not even feel the needle injection, which is the hardest part of the procedure to me! All and all a very awesome experience!!!!
It’s a really good thing to have a great dental practice like Aspen dental here in Cortland . They have state of the art equipment , it was so thorough. The professionals treated me very well. I felt cared for and it feels like I’m in good hands with expertise. And I have to mention that I paid an amazing low price for such high-quality. Thank you so much 😊
Do not go here! They are a scam. I set up a cleaning and surprise they got me in the day of (I understand why now). So I go in expecting to get a cleaning done but they just do an exam they tell me I have to get a deep cleaning done Non of my teeth even have a cavity I brush every day they aren't that bad. They don't do the cleaning that would be covered by my insurance. They insist I have to pay around $2,000(that is with insurance). Well I put the deposit down but then I saw other reviews and had them cancel the procedure. I try to schedule a regular cleaning that would be covered but they refuse!!! They refuse basic treatment to people that would be covered by their insurance! That is disgusting! To top it all off they told me the useless first appointment was also covered by my insurance but I just got a bill in the mail for $143.
I had the best experience with this office-at all levels. First, I need to say-Taylor needs a raise and that is worth repeating. Taylor needs a raise. What a pleasant, kind problem solver-Taylor figured out what was going on for me and confirmed an appointment for me. She followed up, talked to my insurance and got me started down this path- which is epic. She made sure a new patient got a chance, time and a warm welcome. I am having problems. Problems with my teeth, insurance, my current dentist, my current periodontist and getting my proposed surgery ( which I now know makes no sense to have). I. drove 40 miles one way to get here to this location because I’ve been trying to get surgery for way too long- a surgery that wouldn’t really help me but others said was the correct approach. Aspen Cortland rolled out the red carpet and delivered for me- big time. Todd kicked butt and got me an appointment with Aspen vestal for a follow up on a potential root canal for 3 days after my visit. 3 days!! Todd made sure things went smoothly for me at the Cortland appointment but also for my for future care at a different office. What great patient care. He also helped explain some technical stuff for me in PLAIN ENGLISH!! Actually every one here took the time and spoke plainly and not in a condescending way. But the conversations were one human to another. Wow what a fantastic and fresh way to run a dental practice. Speaking of one to one human contact and explaining things well- Dr Alex Sonesson. He is probably the best dentist/oral surgeon I have ever met. He explained my films, my pain and my old diagnosis and why the surgery that was suggested for me might not be practically correct for me and how our focus should shift!! Wow. What a lovely and life changing appointment. 5 stars for them all. Every single person I met here contributed to my health. I cannot recommend this practice enough. Thank you
