This dentist office is a gem. Very happy I found it. Every staff member I encountered assisted me cordially, respectfully and delicately. The wait time was reasonable. The office and rooms are very clean and the time spent evaluating and explaining my treatment was impeccable! I am very happy that I chose this location.
My visit to the office in crestwood was HORRIBLE. I went for an EMERGENCY TOOTH EXTRACTION and left with my tooth still in my mouth. I waited for 2 hours and 45 mins for them to tell me I needed to get a deep cleaning BEFORE they could do my EMERGENCY procedure. The worst dental experiment I’ve ever had in my life. I went to a different office a day later and my procedure was done and it was done professionally and swiftly. The entire staff at BLUE ISLAND SMILES were so compassionate and concerned about my needs and the procedure was done with such care. I wouldn’t recommend Aspen Dental in Crestwood to my worst enemy. And I’m only giving it 1 star because I have to in order to post this.
I was here for extractions of my two bottom wisdom teeth. Everyone from the front desk staff to the assistants/techs and oral surgeon helped make sure I was informed when it came to finances, treatment options, and aftercare. It's the day after surgery and the extraction sites look to be healing wonderfully. I didn't get to thank the staff properly because I was loopy afterwards, but thank you all for making it go so smoothly!
They do not care about whats right for you in the moment. They only care about ripping off your insurance or else want you to take out a loan the size of a house deposit, with a mean girl attitude. Its not about what you can afford its only about them getting as much money as possible out of you. Do not fall for their show during your first appointment.... and ps they dont not respond to phone calls in any way. Just my experience.
Great dental office. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. They have the latest technology and separate person sits down to work with you on pricing, insurance, scheduling etc. Very modern and comfortable approach to the entire dental appointment experience.
