Powered by GoogleMy daughter was nervous about getting her wisdom teeth removed, especially since our insurance did not cover general anesthesia. Dr. Faith Ajiboye was kind and reassuring. They allowed us to ask any questions we had and did not make us feel rushed. The extraction went smooth and my daughter felt very well taken care of. The entire staff was very friendly. I would recommend Dr Ajiboye to any of my friends.
I was extremely frustrated with my experience here. I scheduled an appointment online the night before and arrived a few minutes late but well within the arrival window. I came in and the receptionist told me to sign in on a clipboard. I did so, and then it was another 30 minutes before anyone talked to me again. I then had to check in on an iPad. Apparently signing in on the clipboard was not the same as checking in. I don’t know if this long of a wait is standard, but it was extremely frustrating because I had an hour and a half from the scheduled time of my appointment until I had to be at work. I figured this was a generous enough amount of time for a visit to the dentist but it ended up taking almost 2 hours. I was lucky that my manager was understanding about me being late! This was my first time going to this Aspen Dental - I scheduled with them because I had an emergency situation and they could fit me in the soonest of anywhere I saw - and sadly it will be my last. I will note that I gave two stars because the facility was clean and everyone was polite and patient, and my actual time in the dental chair went perfectly fine. There just seemed to be little regard for the patient’s time.
Friendly staff and service. I have dentures i went here for a walk in consultation. I told them up front I was here for an upper arch. They done a an x-ray. Took me to a room and immediately started. Pushing snap in dentures. I just wanted a upper arch. Then to no avail quoted a full set of dentures. When I said just the upper again. They give me the highest price right off the top. I understand your in business to make money. But come on $3,000.00 for my uppers. That absolutely ridiculous. Snap in dentures 38,000.00. Nuvia quoted me 48,000.00 for their implants. What happened to the customer is right. You know if they would have started with talking options. Maybe have a price chart to show with different options. I would have probably went with the mid grade upper arch If I had been given a price and options. Don't get me wrong they were very kind. Thank you Aspen I'll keep you in mind
My first time to Aspen Dental, and they made me feel so comfortable, and cared for! They had my insurance figured into my bill before I even left my appointment, so amazing. They will be my main dentist moving forward. If you have been avoiding the dentist, and a bit afraid to get back "in the chair", like I was, then Aspen Dental is for you my friend.
While the staff are kind, professional, and knowledgeable, the wait times can be very long even if you show up on-time. More importantly, I was dissatisfied with the treatment for an abcess under one of my teeth. I didn't mind needing to go to a different location to receive a root canal even if it was frustrating. What I am concerned about, however, is how the filling went following that. I was not scheduled to receive a dental crown even though my tooth had been filed down and now has an uncomfortable grainy texture. Even with at-home care, my jaw and gums still hurt under my tooth. While I found the dental cleaning enjoyable and efficient, I would not recommend Aspen for dental emergencies. Good, friendly people, but there is some notable negligence.
