I had a tooth filled yesterday that was chipped and I was very anxious about the entire ordeal. Barbra was my dental assistant(?) and she was so kind and made me feel much better about everything and helped calm my nerves. The only reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were also supposed to do a tooth extraction that didn't happen and they said they would refund me but instead they gave me a credit to my account there.
So far I have had no issues with Aspen Dental of Enid OK. They have been courteous, friendly, non judgmental, and professional. From the cleaning to fillings and dentures, it’s all been a wonderful experience!
The dentures they made for me have been the best I have ever had. I had bottom dentures made some where else which took 3 months to me. They would not stay in when I ate something. The new bottoms I had made at Aspen Dental stay in and I have no problem eating.
Aspen Dental was great. The staff was very well mannered, answered all my questions, took their time, and were very helpful in caring for my dental needs. You can tell they care about you and their job. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. They are the best dentist I have ever been to.
I called yesterday to schedule an emergency appointment for today only to get an email, not even a phone call, 1 hr before my appointment saying that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. When I called they said they close at 12pm and my appointment was for 12:30pm. We live 1 1/2 hr away so we had already been in the car for almost 40 minutes. Like many other reviews have stated they tried to blame it on the call center wrongly scheduling my appointment, but the office themselves called me yesterday to tell me if I needed to do a payment plan I couldn’t because the office manager would be gone because of an emergency. My appointment time was not a problem then. Yet when I called them after I received the email today they tried to have me wait on hold while they grabbed the office manager, that was apparently not going to be there. Funny how that works. Incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
