I was a new patient after getting the run around at another facility. I didn’t know quite what to expect, but the process was awesome! Shasta was so helpful from start to finish and Dr. Wang was so impressive! She was friendly and gentle to the point that I didn’t even realize I was done. I would highly recommend the Evans location of Aspen Dental. They took care of a problem I’ve been having for over a month at other dental offices. I was in and out in about a little over an hour.
My visit to Aspen Dental was stellar from start to finish. Scheduling my appointment was easy. A representative from the office followed up to verify my payment method. The dental assistant, the dental hygienist, and dentist were all very knowledgeable and attentive. The office manager was very thorough in explaining my treatment plan and options. I’m grateful for the new management. They are a great team.
When you visit this dental office, make sure you reserve 2.4-3 hours. That’s how long your care/check-up will be. They do tell you to block out one hour… but it looks like they will add two more hours to ensure you get the full experience of what a chair feels like. Recommend trying other locations/practices, unless you have time on your hands.
My husband and I had a new patient visit and I’d rate it a 10/10. 100% recommend! Ellise, the receptionist was super sweet and friendly. I didn’t get the hygienist’s name but, he was super cool! He was very honest, straight forward, educated me on my current state and what I need to do to get back on track. The operations manager Ty, LOVE her! Very personable and super sweet! She explained our treatment plan and payments in great detail and was so so sweet to my little ones (we ended up bringing our littles to our appointment). Everyone was so kind and friendly to our littles. I felt like an actual human being and not just another patient.❤️
If I could give 0 I would. I left a review. Was apologized to and given a number to call, which I did was on hold for over 7 minutes then the woman that answered told me I had selected the wrong option. I told her I was given the number to call and she actually wanted to send me to voicemail " someone will call you back " No, no they will not. Its been 3 weeks with no call back. And even your Google response was a waste of time and effort. I will be finding another provider from my insurance maybe one that actually responds.
