Amany gets 5 stars only because Goo-goo does not offer 6. She is the kindest and most gentle dental hygienist I have experienced in quite some time. I have left here before feeling beat up with a sore mouth. Today, I left here feeling refreshed and my teeth feeling clean. Dr. Davis is the same way. Very kind and an absolutely wonderful dentist. I felt taken care of today, not taken advantage of.
From the moment I walked into the building, I was treated with genuine kindness and respect. Every member of the staff was welcoming, supportive, and truly caring. The dental care providers were thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout my visit. I sincerely appreciate the level of care and professionalism I experienced and am very grateful for such a positive overall experience.
I walked in after walkin hours at 9am. Told them what was going on. They took me straight back and did xrays. The Dr was there quickly explaining the tooth was abscess and would need to come out because of the tooth lossening. I had a very important appointment at 1030 I couldn't miss. He told me to come back as soon as complete. I walked in at 1220 and was out by 1pm. Wonderful dentist and staff. I am considering changing my current dentist to him just based on today's experience. Highly recommend.
I visited a dental clinic in Florence and honestly, I haven't felt this comfortable at a dentist's office in a long time. I didn't feel judged about the state of my teeth, which was a huge relief. The dentist outlined a treatment plan, and I'm really excited to get everything taken care of. Everyone knows dental work can be pricey, but they’re willing to work with you to find a payment plan you can live with. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I didn't catch her name, but the hygienist who did my cleaning was fantastic. Her station was right there as you walk in, and her personality truly made a difference. I really appreciate her taking the time to explain things and help calm my nerves. She wasn't rushing, and she even gave me some useful tips to manage my tooth pain until I can come back and have it fixed. Monica heyward
I was in toothache hell. I walked in when they opened, insurance card in hand. The very cordial and helpful receptionist took my card, told me what was covered and what I needed to pay out of pocket. I did not have an appointment nor a long wait. I was called before I completed the history. I was shocked at the speed at which I was seen but very happy. The Dr.was young and the needles seemed endless. I put on my best "Brave " face gripped the arms of the chair and within 5 minutes it was over. Thank you Dr. and Staff at Aspen Dental.
