The most amazing experience! I was so nervous about my extraction, I literally thought I was going to faint since I have never had a tooth removed before, but the entire team made it a wonderful experience. From the office manager and the dental assistant who took my x-rays, to the professional who evaluated my gums, the dentist who performed the extraction, and the other assistant who rubbed my arm to reassure me that I was ok she even put relaxing music and grounded me by calmly telling me to breathe, they were all amazing. They were thorough, caring, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The procedure was painless and quick! and if you’re looking for something affordable, this is the place to go. I had been denied financing/payment plans at every other dental clinic and had been suffering for 6 months—but this clinic relieved my pain the same day. I will continue to come here for all my dental needs, and I’ve already referred friends and family. I highly recommend this practice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10
Cindy was so helpful in getting me ready for my appointment and taking my X-rays. Joanna was a great hygienist and very thorough. Dr. Zaida really took the time to listen to the concerns and explain the approach on how to fix it.
Today I came in for a check-up since it had been over a year since my last visit, and I was met with such kindness and warmth from everyone. From the dental assistant to the hygienist, Joana, and Dr. Zaida, the entire team made me feel very comfortable. They took their time to explain everything step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I left without any doubts. The communication between everyone was wonderful, and I truly felt like I was in great hands with Dr. Zaida—someone who genuinely cares about his patients’ oral health. The hygienist was fantastic; it might’ve been the first cleaning I actually enjoyed! And the dental assistant was so sweet, even rubbing my shoulder while I was getting anesthesia, which really helped calm me down. Thank you all so much for making me feel cared for. You’re an amazing team!
I had a chipped tooth and Aspen Dental was able to get me in right away. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. They fixed the issue quickly and saved me from spending the rest of my day feeling embarrassed. I truly appreciate how efficient and caring they were.
Great experience overall. The staff was very cordial and professional. The attention was second to none. Svezia, Emily, Jo Anna, Dr. Zaida and the rest of the team were great. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone. Thank you.
