Dr. L was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the visit feel comfortable and reassuring. The dental assistants—Aldon, Krya, and Kailey—were all amazing. They were gentle, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Their professionalism and friendly attitudes truly stood out and made the appointment go smoothly. Sami, the office manager, was also wonderful. She was welcoming, organized, and made the check-in and check-out process seamless.

Thank you to the staff for making my mom’s appointment great! She had been fearing visiting the dentist but she was relieved after her first visit. Aldon and Kyra explained everything really well and Dr. Lazaro made her so comfortable !
I want to say a huge thank you to Sami, Sydney, and JJ for their positive attitudes and responsiveness while I was going through a dental emergency on Christmas Eve, no less. I called first thing in the morning and Sami reassured me that they would be able to help me so I didn’t have to suffer through the holidays. They were able to get me in quickly and JJ was able to perform a true Christmas miracle (in my eyes) and make an immediate repair. I am so grateful for the team, their quick action, the kindness and reassurance they showed me when I was overwhelmed and worried. I highly recommend giving the a chance and letting Aspen Dental and the amazing team at the Battleground location see to your dental needs!
