I was extremely nervous for my appointment. I voiced my high anxiety on the phone when I made my appointment. Aspen was able to take me the next day. I knew a head of time that I needed 1-2 tooth extractions. The moment I arrived the super friendly receptionist greeted me openly and warmly. Well aware of my nervousness, she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Once the paperwork was filled out a very sweet dental assistant took me in for x-rays and such. Again, the friendliness continued, the doctor enters. As pleasant as could be. Gentle with me so I could relax. We talked about the procedures needed, talked about the appointments done in a timely manner so I could proceed with my knee surgery just 10 days later. I needed a dental clearance for surgery to be sure no infection was in my mouth, but before that happened, I needed some dental work. Together the doctor and I agreed on a plan. The woman (also a woman in training was shadowing her) who was handling my upcoming appointments, presented me with a very accurate printout as to the cost of everything. Extremely fair prices, where I felt comfortable with all that was going to take place I signed immediately and put a deposit down. When I arrived, I was having a panic attack, I left relax, confident that my smile will be taken care of in a very professional way. Thank you all, you're all on top of your game while being very accommodating and extremely nice to someone who was a big baby!!. I know I'm in good hands from here on!

This place is awful, do not go here. The people who work here are either not properly trained or are trying to steal your money. I was a patient for 2 years. Almost every appointment I had was rescheduled the day of. There were always problems with billing. They would not bill to my insurance despite countless phone calls of me confirming my insurance information. The hygienist told me I had periodontal disease pushed me to get a $700 procedure. I told them I would have to schedule the appointment at a different time because I did not have $700 available to pay for the procedure. The hygienist continued to pressure me and make me feel guilty for not agreeing to the procedure. Today I had a second opinion at a new dentist office. I was told I have healthy gums and don’t need any procedures. I’m glad I never have to go back to Aspen Dental.

I do not understand the 5 star ratings, because this place is awful and I will never be returning. Had a great plan set for dental treatment here originally, only for it to be completely derailed because the dentist forgot to mention that I also need a root canal. He did not tell me until my first day of treatment, when he began operating on the same area, even though he knew I needed one he still continued to operate on it. After he realized the mistake, he himself asked “Didn’t I tell you?” Uh, no? If you told me, I would have had it done, and it would then make no sense for you to be working on the tooth and then tell me I needed a root canal. Why would you be working on the same tooth if I just had a root canal done, unless I did not get a root canal because you didn’t tell me? Never experienced getting gaslit and basically called stupid by a dentist before. He admitted to forgetting to tell me. He was in the middle of the procedure when he told me I needed a root canal, and was not going to further my treatment until I did so. I realized my insurance was only going to cover my root canal, it would not have covered the remaining treatment I originally paid a deposit for. So, I became frustrated because of this sudden change, which could have been entirely avoided if I knew I needed a root canal in the first place. I told them I was going to have to completely readjust our plan around the root canal now, which was going to completely eliminate my yearly benefits of my insurance because it is an expensive procedure. The rest of what I needed was going to be out of pocket. I would have been fine with it if I knew originally that I was going to need a root canal. After explaining all of this to him, he said to my face “sucks.” I could not believe the unprofessionalism, apathy and insensitivity from someone in the healthcare field. I became frustrated, and lost my patience. An entirely embarrassing display of hopelessness. I needed three teeth pulled, which I was planning on that day. My breath was bad because of my broken teeth, and I was so excited to be able to finally take control of my health once again and maybe feel good about myself, but I unfortunately was met with the sadistic dentist from Little Shop of Horrors. I ended up getting my teeth pulled that day, but it required a lot of effort and convincing. I have not, and will not be returning. Do not go here unless you feel like questioning healthcare ethics.

At my very first visit to Aspen dental in Hadley everyone from the front desk to the dentist the dentist assistant and office manager all made me feel comfortable and welcome. It was very different than the usual dentist office that seems very intimidating and fast-paced which always gave me anxiety but not at Aspen dental even when I was stressing about going through payment options to get dentures which is very costly Megan the office manager explained all the options available and even having no insurance coverage I never felt judged or that there was no hope for me getting the dental work that I needed by Aspen dental it is possible and even more shocking I didn't think it was possible that I would ever want to go back again after the first visit at a dentist office but I will be going back for sure thank you for all your help on my first visit I hope the rest of my treatments work out just as well

My mother is a patient at Aspen and she had dental work done recently and we could not be happier. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. I drove her to her appointments and each and every time we were greeted with a smile. The dentist was friendly making the atmosphere calm. They answered all of her questions and she is extremely happy with her smile. Robbie, a technician in Hadley, made her teeth a perfect fit! Literal smiles! Thank you
