I honestly don’t even know where to start—my experience here was beyond exceptional, easily a million out of ten. Every single person I interacted with made such a positive impression. From the very first call to schedule my appointment, I was met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. The dental assistant (Janessa) who took my X-rays was incredibly patient, personable, and thoughtful throughout the process. Even during the more uncomfortable parts (yes, even the needle!), I felt cared for and reassured. The dentist himself was everything you would hope for—empathetic, nonjudgmental, soft-spoken, and genuinely attentive. He made me feel completely comfortable and respected, which is so important in a dental setting. I also truly appreciated the team member who helped me navigate payment options when my insurance wasn’t working. That level of support and understanding meant a lot. It’s rare to come across such a consistently genuine, compassionate, and professional team. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and appreciate each and every one of them.

Thanks immensely, Dr. Eric for being patient and demonstrated active listening to my needs/queries. Dr. Eric expertise and explanations helped in decision-making process. I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was so patient and kind and helpful. I haven’t been to a dent in years and have a lot of anxiety, everyone was patient and explained every step. No one put me down for anything like I had experienced in the past elsewhere.
