⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Phenomenal Experience at Aspen Dental Care Today I had two teeth pulled, and I want to sincerely thank Dr. Rebecca and the entire Aspen Dental team for taking such incredible care of me. I suffer from dental anxiety, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with so much compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. Dr. Rebecca and her team were loving, supportive, and attentive throughout my entire procedure. I felt absolutely no pain. As I became emotional, they wiped my tears, held my hand, and gently comforted me every step of the way. That level of care meant more to me than words can express. I had been very sick due to my teeth, and choosing Aspen Dental was truly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. This is a highly trusted, professional practice that truly puts patients first. A special thank you to Dawn for having such a watchful eye and knowing exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem and guide me toward the best dental care moving forward. Her attention and dedication made a huge difference. The front receptionist was also extremely polite, welcoming, and kind. And I must say. Aspen Dental is one of the cleanest, best-smelling buildings I have ever been in. Everything felt fresh, calm, and comforting from start to finish. Friendly staff in all departments. Have your best interest in mind and take the time to explain what needs to be done after a visual assessment and X-rays. I would give it a 5 star rating,,while it is handicapped accessible,it was a bit to navigate. Everyone went out of their way to help in anyway they could.Time spent with patient was relaxed and more than adequate in a way that made you feel like their only client
Worst experience ever. They specialize on who they treat with respect and who they give informative information. I was dismissed by the staff an Dentist. I was in pain and the Dentist came in and did not even examined the tooth I pointed out that was giving me pain. The Dentist looked on the x tray and said you need a referral to another place, common sense they are are connected, it’s a money making thing. I was given Ibuprofen for the prescription and that was it. Dentist didn’t even care to about the pain I was in. Don’t waste your time it’s no emergency dental. 😡
Total waste of time & money. I went there because of a bad toothache I had for days. They gave me an X-ray. Then I waited for more than 2 hours to be told my tooth had to be pulled. I knew that before I went there. I was offered an appointment 3 days away. Which didn't help me at all. It's easy to call a dentist office and get an appointment 2 or 3 days away but I went all the way across town because Aspen advertised emergency service and gave me a quick appointment. I didn't get the service that I expected.
Really was no wait time! Once I completed my form I was called to the back. Everyone was very friendly and welcomed me! Very clean and professional state of the art facility. Staff was very helpful with my specific needs! Will definitely be coming back!
