Well the receptionist was very kind and the over all service. Until it came to prices. I have to say your prices are outrageous even with insurance. And I have to say you advertising has no truth to what they offer you. Very disappointed. How can I person get full dentures uppers and lowers and extraction for no money out of pocket with mass health and with you guys just extractions and bottom dentures cost out of pocket 13.000 can’t believe this. The saddest part is that in general people need there teeth to be able to eat and be able to share a smile when needed. Especially represent themselves at their employment. I will never go back because I left with no results I could afford. Sorry for living pay check to pay check. I left having to pay a co-pay of 199.00 dollars for nothing. You guys need to find more affordable solutions for people that are not rich. This is very very very sad .
Just left there after having a tooth emergency with my son. This place is fantastic. They fit us in as a walk in, and everyone was so kind. The staff are all so sweet and friendly!! Their equipment was up to date as they were able to do a full panoramic scan of my sons mouth. The dentist was amazing with my son and so knowledgable. I highly, highly recommend them!
As of 2/25/26, The Main St location in Haverhill currently has no hygienists on staff. I went in today for an exam and a cleaning. I had x-rays and 3-D imaging done and then I saw the dentist. The dentist examined my teeth for less than a minute before saying that I needed to make a separate appointment with a hygienist.I asked if she had discovered something horribly wrong that made her end the exam so quickly, she said, “ no that’s just how we do it here.” When I went to the front to make the appointment, the staff person told me that she was booking about a month out because they hoped to have a hygienist by then. She offered to book an appointment for me at another office, but I chose this location because I was looking for a new dentist in Haverhill. Hopefully things will turn around for this office but at this time I would not recommend going there.
Excellent from start to finish. I walked in and was given an appointment same day. The full mouth exam, and evaluation of the results was thorough. I am able to start my journey to a healthy mouth and teeth repair for an affordable price. Highly recommend this professional affordable dental care. D.Tilden
I had my first cleaning today by Lauren at Aspen dental in Haverhill. Being 60 years old, Ive had many cleanings but NONE as thorough as Lauren. She knew her stuff and even did a mouth/ face cancer screening! She was very informative and knowledgeable. She's very passionate about her career as a hygenist and it shows in the care she gives. Aspen is lucky to have her and I will always return to have my cleanings completed by Lauren.
