Powered by GoogleAmazing experience with entire staff! My mother was taken care of with compassion, respect and kindness. Going over the details for her treatment was concise, transparent and affordable. No upselling, no hidden costs. Entire staff was amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental practice. Shout out to Charli who made my mother feel special and eased her anxiety! Amazing kind soul!
I'm extremely happy I tried this place. The Mercedes Benz of Dentist offices! Beautiful place. Why would you go to a run down Mom and Pop dentist office? when you have Aspen Dental! Joshua, Monica and Sara are great Really why would you go anywhere else? New, Clean, State of the Art, Nice people working there!
Avoid this place at all costs there are many other dentists in the area that are not used car dealerships from the 70s that try to scam you and deny you service. I waited six weeks for this appointment. I have never had cavities tooth pain, gum, pain anything and was just going for a routine cleaning with my new insurance. I saw five different people before they tried to upsell me a deep cleaning that they said I needed. When do I get to see the dentist for a regular cleaning I asked, I was told only after I see the office manager The office manager told me they would not perform a regular cleaning that I Have received for the last 40+ years I questioned the office manager he said no we will not do the cleaning that is covered by your insurance. You have to do the $2000 cleaning that he recommended. This place is one of if not the worst office I have ever heard of and been to in my life. Do not go there as a new patient. They are gonna try to take advantage of you And steal your money. I talked to my insurance company and told them that they should not even do business with this place. If enough people keep giving them bad reviews that they deserve they’ll be out of business and we won’t have to be subject to scam artist like them
First dentist I’ve been to in my life that I left happier. The bad reviews are definitely from people that don’t listen or don’t like what they hear. I got a cleaning. Felt great didn’t hurt at all. Every single other dentist I’ve been to made the next few days after a cleaning unbearable. Than I went back got 8 teeth extracted and temporary bridges put in until they’re fully healed. It’s 2 days later and I barely even notice that I got teeth removed. Slightest soreness that’s barely noticable and I haven’t even had to take any pain relievers. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. If I could go with 6 stars I would.
Aspen is the worst. Never going back. I’m sitting at a new dental office right down the street from them because 6 months ago Aspen lied to me about making an appointment… they told me they could do the preventative work in one visit. But then later after the first visit they changed their tune and I ended up having to come back for 2 more visits- just for cleanings. What’s more, on top of my insurance, which was in-network, they coded in such a way that I had to pay over 1500 out of my pocket for the cleanings. A third of that had to do with my teen son’s cleaning! What! He’s so young. And the dentist was talking about doing some serious work to one of my teeth because he said it was discolored and likely needs a root canal. But as he’s saying this I’m thinking to myself, I have no pain. Why would I do anything if there’s no pain? He never asked those questions and didn’t refer to an x-ray either. I quickly didn’t trust anyone in that office. The wait was also ridiculous- on the phone or in the lobby and for what. They definitely try to rip off the patient. And it’s the company as a whole… how its corporate structure is set up. They sell you a bunch of goods and code code code however they can make the most off you. My son’s friend has a dad who is a dentist and that’s what that dentist told me. Go elsewhere. Go to a family practice and get a referral. You’ll be better off.
