Everyone at Aspen Dental was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel well cared for. Dr. Johnson is AMAZING! She was friendly, professional, and excellent at her job. The other staff members I interacted with, DJ, Shelia, Brittany, Taylor, and others whose names I can’t recall, were also so kind and welcoming. I truly appreciate how at ease they made me feel throughout my visit. I’m so happy to have found a new dentist and a team I feel completely comfortable with. Highly recommend!
the one star is to generous.i came in because i had seen the add for $49 repairs. i had a hairline crack, not even broken just cracked. i didnt have alot of money.when i got there i was taken straight back and they started doing x-rays. i thought that that was kinda weird me only being there for a repair so i reiterated i just needed a repair to the guy doing the xrays. he just nodded and kept doing what he was doing. after that the very rude, hatefull, chinese dentist came and started giving me a play by play about what all work i was gonna be needing to have done.hrs later i went into an office where i was quoted 2 quotes.the first,for the repair wasnt the $49 i was expecting,it was to the tune of $469.the second quote,for all the work i was going to be needing-$5000 and some odd dollars.i ended up having to go get a loan for the repair.i wasnt very happy with the outcome but im not new to life,i am fully aware that disappointments happen to the best and every once in a while everyone suffers some kind of misfortune.and if that wouldve been the end of it i would have went on to forget it in a short while and i wouldnt be on here leaving this review. that happened on september 10th 2025, a mere 3 months ago. now i just realized about 10 min ago that guess what? i have a hairline crack in the SAME EXACT place as i did when i went to that appointment. so yeah i am irate. im irate because im still paying on that 'repair',im not even half way paid up actually and now what am i going to do? i dont have the means to go get another loan.i am unable to get it repaired. so i just wanted everyone to know what happened with my experience and that i was over charged 7x their promo cost and am making payments on something that didnt even last 3 months.maybe it will prevent someone else from making my mistake. and no need to thank me for my feedback or tell me your sorry I had a bad experience in your office.i already know as long as you getting paid,you don't give one damn about my situation.
YESSSS BRITTANY WAS AWESOME, my literal cup of tea fr! She is just so giggly and happy & i looove a happy person! She took the time to go over EVERYTHING with me, best financial options. Great dental group! Everyone is nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Johnson is the best dentist. She is highly skilled and the best of the best in extractions. She also has a great sense of humor.
Got my top teeth removed 4 days ago and dentures put in. Also got my wisdom teeth removed and a tooth on the bottom pulled. Dr. Ferraro did a great job. So far no issues other than what you would expect after dental surgery. Also my post op appointment with Darrell I believe (don’t remember his name) but was the absolute best! Handled my mouth with care (24 hours after surgery), answered all my questions, helped fix what was bothering me on my dentures without changing them too much where I’m still healing. Also got me scheduled for another appointment with him. I would 100% recommend this place. I came here because of a co worker and I’m glad I did.
