This was my first time going to Aspen Dental and the moment I walked the door they knew my name!! I was shocked like hold up, I haven’t told them my name (well that’s what I was thinking lol) but overall my visit was great! Very friendly staff! They got me in and got me fixed up quickly! Awesome Job Aspen team!!!! God Bless You All!!!
Not worth all the money they make you pay AT ALL!! They filled a chip in my tooth and it popped off in a week. Came back to get it re done and it lasted only a few months! But before coming to them, the fill lasted 14yrs! Charged me close to $2000!!! Went to Clifton & Higgins and got it fixed properly and only paid $226!! Definitely don’t recommend letting them do anything to your mouth!
It was my first experience and I can’t wait to get started. Very nice and attentive staff. All smiles. I made them aware that I have aniexty very bad when it comes to dental work but luckily I don’t have much work to be done and with what I was needing done they didn’t try to pressure me into getting things done that I wasn’t comfortable with. They answered all of my questions and educated me about all of my options. They even did a few things that I had never heard of. The cost is what I was nervous about however they broke it down for me well Ms. Brittany most definitely did and I was able to breathe and relax with the cost as well as knowing that I’ll get my beautiful smile back! Everyone from check-in, X-rays tech, and everyone else including the Dr, was amazing. I probably should have gotten everyone’s name but I will when I comeback next week!
I have never had such a good experience with a dentist appointment in the past. Been traumatized time and time again at dentists. I had a cleaning along with 3 extractions here today and felt absolutely no pain! They were super nice and accommodating. I left learning more about how to take care of my teeth and left smiling. I was able to get covered within seconds by CareCredit with no insurance and extremely tight funds.Brittany Turner did our billing and was such a kind and caring individual. My dentist Dr Sandoval was super gentle and explained everything as we went. I believe there was another assistant named Amanda that was very helpful and nice as well. Thank you Aspen! Will be coming here from now on.
Haven’t been to the dentist in an embarrassing amount of years, and the team at Aspen in Jonesboro really calmed my anxiety and helped inform me about the dental work i needed without judgement. They are so warm and friendly, they really soothed my nerves. Best dentist experience I’ve ever had!!!
