Dr. Castro, Tiana, Dr. Candy, and Kilaya — we had an absolutely amazing experience with the team at Aspen Dental! From the very start, we were impressed that they’re open on Saturdays. My wife is an educator and I’m a business owner, so scheduling with traditional dental offices has always been a challenge. Finding Aspen Dental felt encouraging, though we weren’t quite sure what to expect. Like many people, we’ll admit that going to the dentist can sometimes feel like a phobia 😂—but this experience was the complete opposite. Every single team member was brilliant, engaging, and genuinely kind 😀. Dr. Castro was especially warm and very personable. She took her time explaining everything thoroughly without ever making it feel overwhelming or over our heads. Tiana and Candy were fantastic as well, making sure to slow things down so my wife and I fully understood every aspect of the treatment plan. Kilaya walked us through the X-rays and procedures with clarity and care, keeping the experience completely pain-free 💯. All in all, this was truly one of the best dental visits we’ve ever had. Highly recommended
The entire staff were pleasant polite and friendly. Check in was easy and the tablet you entered your info on saved it so you did not have to fill out the same info multiple times. I like the itemized list of what you need done and the transparent price list and the financial assistance for uninsured. I would recommend this office to a friend
Everything went smoothly. Procedures and prices were explained without added pressure. Everyone was very kind and helpful. My patronage of Aspen Dental has not finished. I plan to get clip-ons in the future. However, after a month, the denture still causes me pain. I went to have it adjusted and I was just told how great they were. The teeth aren’t even aligned. I can’t use them. I had them repair my broken denture and the tech screwed those up too. I will be going back to Abby Dental for another set.
From the time I walked through the door I knew I was in a safe space the energy in this location is top-notch I wish I would have collected everyone's names the nice lady at the front desk the the other lady that checked me in the dentalshe has adopename Chloe something I'm so sorry. Had the best experience today. The Dentist was nice very thorough listened to my concerns. She made suggestions to better my treatment. The Hygienist spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing and made suggestions for better care. Office Manager Libby was friendly gave lots of options for different finance and payment options. Recommend this location highly.
