Powered by GoogleI initially dreaded having to take my father to a dentist, but Aspen Dental was great and alleviated all my worries. My father is a Vietnam veteran who suffers from Lewy Body Dementia, a condition that severely affects his cognition, ability to communicate, understand his surroundings, and understand even the most of instructions. Nevertheless, Aspen Dental proved to be a great place to have him seen. We managed to get enrolled with CareCredit and circumvent insurance woes, discussed options and had him treated. From everyone at the front desk to all the dentists and technicians in the back, everyone was super understanding and accommodating. Thank you to everyone at Aspen Dental, hope you all have a great day, and keep up the good work!
Aspen has taken very good care of my wife, Maura. She has been a patient there for much of this year and been treated with great respect. In particular Dakota has been exemplary and a rockstar. Dr. Chamberlain has provided excellent service and great expertise. I highly recommend. The atmosphere is warm and professional, and staff is willing to answer all questions.
Had a great experience at Aspen Dental with Dr. Chamberlain. Scheduling was easy, I showed up on time and they got me right in. This was honestly the most comfortable dentist visit I’ve ever had. Very professional staff from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Absolutely horrible experience- first appointment i waited an hour and a half tp be seen by the dentist. 2nd appointment- After driving from another city, getting stuck in traffic, and missing the phone call- BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING- they cancelled my appointment as I was pulling into the parking lot- at 1015- the apparent cut off time since appointment time was 10 and then the lady had the nerve to tell me she would be calling the police when I got upset about driving here, losing a day of pay. What an absolute joke of a company horrible customer care, paid for procedure in advance, not to mention pregnant, with an infected tooth and turned away.
If you’re struggling to find a dental appointment in town and come across this clinic with plenty of availability, there is a reason for it — unfortunately, the service is very poor. My appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, and I took a day off work to attend. They called and canceled it only 30 minutes beforehand and rescheduled it for another day. On the rescheduled date, I arrived on time and waited 15 minutes without anyone calling me back. I had to approach the front desk myself to ask what was going on. After finally being taken inside, I waited an additional 50 minutes past my appointment time and was never seen by the dentist. If you’re wondering why they have so many open appointment slots, it’s because of their terrible service and lack of respect for patients’ time.
