Had a crown fall off couldn't be seen by my regular dentist so called aspen and had appt next morning. Arrived to a clean office my tech was super. Nice and informative. Dr angel was nice professional and friendly. and made me feel like a valued patient, checked things out and replaced crown quickly.
Called the number and spoke to someone with scheduling department. She was great! We just needed a second opinion on some of the dental work my daughter’s regular dentist recommended. We talked for 10 minutes, confirmed the insurance and her age would be approved for everything. Even informed me they did walk ins to just ask the wait time upon arrival. I get a call at 5:30 from the Lawton location saying they wouldn’t do it. No reasoning really just “they didn’t have sulfate for little kids procedures”. We weren’t scheduled for a procedure though just a regular exam. Wouldn’t recommend this place for a dog!
Ok so mz. Torri was bomb. Com ! Made me feel sooooo comfortable she answered all my questions and didn't JUDGE me. Dr. K was also bomb.com he made everything go smoothly like hw said he would! And the staff Bailey, jay, taylor, tai🤏🏿and Megan what a beautiful diverse team 👏🏿 that work together and can tell they are close nit team thank yall 🫶🏿🫶🏿
So first of all I never leave reviews, But my experience at this office was top notch so I felt like I needed to. Know one really likes to have dentist work done, but this is the only place I will go from now on. Amanda was the absolute best!! I Didn’t even feel it when she started my IV!!! She answered every question I had and made me feel like I was in good hands. I Will only take my family to this Aspen from now on. 5 stars all the way around.
I've never had dental problems my entire life. I go for my first fillings, 3 of them. One fell out the next day, and the staff was unsympathetic to the point they told me they were short staffed and their systems went down when I called checking up my a pain prescription that had not been filed for all day. There were roaches in the lobby and the front desk woman signed my initials for my credit card, without asking and without my permission. The water tasted like mildew from their tube's during the procedure. I have since been refunded for the one filling however, I am sitting in pain for a month until a different dentist in town can repair the failed filling. What's so funny is the dentist talked with the hygienist while they were working on my mouth, and she stated how she wished she would have called out that morning. You absolutely should have. Rushing through the procedure. You should be ashamed to ruin my life and my mouth, because you didn't want to come to work because your office is understaffed and you are overworked. My credit card company will be notified that your front desk lady signs for credit cards (review your cameras, it will absolutely validate this information.) I likely will endure problems with this tooth for quite a while due to your negligence. I welcome corporate to contact me. The office is unhygienic and poorly ran. Understaffed office. Shame on you Aspen. If I have any lasting issues from this tooth you will hear from me again. Like I said, hey corporate give me a call! Refund me the rest of my $108.99!
