I used to go to Aspen dental several years ago. They always got me to spend more money claiming my teeth needed extra services. I moved and went to a different dentist for 2 years and my insurance covered all my routine care. I was surprised after all I spent at Aspen. My dentist left his practice and I had to find another. In the meantime I went back to Aspen for a cleaning a and routine checkup and they said I owed 70.00 for my share of the checkup. I asked why and they said because they have me documented as needing periodontal care and insurance doesn't cover all that. I told them my last dentist didn't do that and they paid for my care. They said they couldn't change it back since it was already documented. I couldn't get into a new dentist for another 8 months so I paid the 70.00 to get my teeth cleaned. They tried to get me to purchase hundreds of dollars of work while there that I declined. After I did decline they said my teeth actually looked good for not having all their extra services for 2 years. I left and now I have received another bill for 98.00 for my routine care, over the 70.00 I already paid. They said my insurance didn't cover everything and I'm obligated for the balance. They are billing in codes to make more money and put a financial burden on their patients. Aspen dental is a rip off and I didn't recommend anyone go there ... Ever. Save your money and find a regular dentist not a corporation drivin to rip off their customers.
Wonderful professional staff explained the cost completely. The clinic was very clean equipment up to date and clean Aspen Dental is a full service clinic capable of all your dental requirements
Every member of the team here was helpful and kind. They fit me in as soon as they could, made sure I understood everything they were doing, and made me feel comfortable and safe. I never once felt judged or embarrassed. The overall feel of the office was professional and friendly. I came in for a crown for a severely cracked tooth and haven't dealt with any pain or infection. They also took my insurance and helped me figure out the best payment options. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.
This group is absolutely amazing they greeted me when I walked in were very helpful on paperwork and answering all my questions. The doctor was phenomenal on all my worries. Their lab tech Scott answered all my questions about the dentures and everything That I was worried about he calmed my nerves on all of them And Whitney was absolutely wonderful and answering all my questions and helping With the financial and making all my appointments when I need them, this group was great. Give him a 10 out of 10.
After my decision to have my upper teeth pulled and install dentures, I went in to Aspen Dental-Lenoir City for a consultation and ultimately to have the work done. They made the whole process easy and when my insurance wouldn't cover all the cost, they helped with an affordable payment plan. The best part of the whole experience was the technicians. They were very professional and madee feel at ease. And Dr. Clayborn was very proficient in the extraction process (13 teeth). I am progressing very well all considered. I highly recommend this group.
