I must say that I made a good choice when coming here! The staff were super knowledgeable and nice. Everyone did great with understanding my needs and explaining everything clearly. The manager Chris Reynolds did a wonderful job in helping me get the financial help that was best fitted for me , be it that I don’t have insurance. It was overall very good experience. I usually dread having to see a doctor or a dentist but this visit made me very happy! They take you seriously and do everything to meet your needs and accommodate you at your earliest convenience! A BIG Thank you to the whole Team! 🫶🏼
In the office for an extraction Thursday morning. As someone who had numerous bad experiences at the dentist as a child, I was quite nervous to say the least. I know now, I had no reason to be. The young lady who greeted me and got me settled into the chair and applied the numbing gel, was kind and understanding of my anxiety. The dentist who pulled the tooth and his assistant were both outstanding. They recognized my nervousness and did everything they could to keep me comfortable and pain free. My tooth was a difficult one to remove, but the dentist kept at it, explaining along the way the different steps he was taking. The assistant was equally as attentive, and reassuring to me along the way. I cannot say enough about the caring attitude they both showed me. The only discomfort during the entire procedure was in keeping my mouth open for so long, and even that was not that bad. I will NEVER go to any other dentist. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you so very much.
I had the absolute pleasure of being a patient with DA Samone and Dr. Jayanty. I think these two have eradicated that deep fear of dental work I've had since I was a kid. I popped off a temp crown. I'm a grown adult with major dental trauma as a kid and I've always been a terrible person to work on. I kick, I cry, and try to run away. These two Queens did ABSOLUTELY everything to make me feel calm and supported and not like a whiney child. I'm on the spectrum so that adds to the ick. They were so sweet and kind. I left there smiling and happy. Not only did they fix the crown they had to take care of a cavity that I had no idea I even had. TL;DR - If you have trauma/fear of dentists or are on the spectrum, I can not recommend DA Samone and Dr Jayanty enough. 10/10 Would recommend
I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. Hygienist Ellie is amazing—she’s very gentle, thorough, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m so glad I finally found someone I can truly trust with my dental care. The female dentist I saw today was great as well—professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!
What a great experience with wonderful staff. Samone was very kind putting me at ease right away and explaining the xray she was going to to take. Samone introduced me to the staff as if they were one big family there to take care of me. Going in i was nervous not knowing what to expect but when I left I was informed of all options. The office manager Chris was able to fit me in the same day so I wouldn't be in pain anymore!!
