5 stars!! I always hate visiting dentist offices, but one worker made me change my opinion! Stephanie! She was helping the docter during my appointment and she made me feel so safe and comfortable. She was so kind hearted and really cared about me and how I actually felt. I will forever cherish that interaction because I felt very uneasy at first.
A couple weeks ago I had brought my mom in for some dental work. She’s an anxious lady and was unsure about a new dentist office. Stephanie went above and beyond to be reassuring, kind and understanding. My mom since her visit has not stopped smiling and talking about the kind of service and humility Stephanie displayed. Thank you for taking care of my mom. You’re in good hands when you’re with Stephanie.
I just had to say that the staff at Aspen Dental in Manitowoc is fantastic! Tried this place on a whim about a year ago. Very impressed! Not only with the work that they do. But also the way that they go about doing it. It seems like everyone genuinely likes working there. And genuinely enjoy working with, and helping people. (Can be hard to find that sometimes!). Stacia, Stephanie, and Maddie.. always hope one of you are working when I am there!! You all are awesome!
I went in as a new patient today. They all were very nice and friendly making me comfortable as a new patient. Very thorough I had many X-rays taken and the girl was so nice & gentle. I was a bit worried about my insurance but they got it right.
I'm not a patient of aspen myself but I have been taking care of my grandmother this year who uses dentures and is. She had a specific denture cleaning ritual she would do but it never seemed to help. I stopped in and asked the ladies at Aspen for some denture care help. Stacia was in front and even though she looked busy she gave me all the tips and tricks of denture care. I thought that was so nice she helped even though I'm not a patient. Thanks Stacia!! My grandma's shiny clean teeth will be the talk of bingo night now!
